The menus were already at the table and a chair removed, to make space for my wheelchair. [pan-fried potato chunks] & toast; mine with grilled English muffin and a side of baked beans. What I really like was the plating, such that none of the food items ran together, that is, the beans were in a small dish separate from the eggs and English and the steak was on a separate small plate, making it easier to cut (without bumping up against other foods). When our son was a young child, we referred to this as "no-touch-atarian" as he really disliked his foods touching one another.
