He gave me a fair price and told me they were fully staffed and available 7 days a week and that they bring all the supplies necessary so that was a plus .His staff showed up with buckets and vacuums so I felt comfortable that they knew exactly what they were doing . It's very difficult to find the right cleaning lady or staff especially during these times. I was referred by my friend to try this company and that they bring their own supplies.I reached out to Ana and she gave me a good price for my 2 bed/2 bath apartment.I haven't had a deep cleaning in 4 months so I was determined to just pay someone to do it.Not only are their prices fair,she offered a supervisor to tag along with 1 staff member to make sure everything was done to their highest quality. I was in my room and I heard how their vacuum was going off and the floors being wiped down so I could tell they knew what they were doing.They came and went straight to work.after they had finished with the computer room, I went there and let them start cleaning my room.After about 2 hours, I came back and saw my apartment looked like it was re modeled. Me and my sister didn't clean our apartment for a while because our cleaning lady got sick and we had to find someone else. Our friends recommended us to try Boujie Cleaning. First , we were suspicious because we have never heard about this company. Anyway we decided to give it a shot ... 20% off sounded not bad. So the next day a manager with a cleaning lady arrived to our apartment. The manager , her name was Rita , was extremely nice and friendly. We discussed all details with her and then my sister left and I decided to stay. The lady worked very professionally and quiet. In the end when I saw our bathroom, I could hardly even recognize it. It was so shiny. I guess no one ever cleaned that bathroom that much and we got used to that previous dim color. The lady even cleaned the grout for us, even though we didn't ask about that. The manager said that it was a complimentary service for the first cleaning. My sister was also impressed with the results. Kitchen, living room, bedroom... everything looked nice and clean. They are the real deal . Very easy to coordinate a cleaning and on top of that , I didn't even need to tell them what to do. They brought in a supervisor named Sam that was awesome and led his team to clean every crevice that I didn't even know existed.They came prepared on time with vacuums and all types of cleaning stuff.My friend told me to go to yelp and find a cleaner.I then checked their reviews and contacted them. Within 10 mins they gave me a price and sent me an invoice. It was incredible and they didn't switch up the price.While they were cleaning 1 room, I was in the next and by the time they finished my bedroom, I had fallen asleep and woke up to a brand new home.Now I don't even want to move out now but I'm sure the next tenant will appreciate their work. Incredible customer service! I used their move-in cleaning service.. First good sign, I sent a message in the middle of the night and got a response! They were available the next morning! ... Unfortunately the exterminator that we scheduled took longer than anticipated, so I had to push my service to the following day but Sam didn't hold a grudge. That was the second good sign. In fact, he totally understood! We were placed with their top cleaning person, Omarya, and when I arrived after she cleaned, the placed looked SPOTLESS! As promised, the manager Ana showed up with Sam and they confirmed that Omarya had transformed our new house into a home. They literally walked through and made sure everything was in tiptop condition. The apartment wasn't absolute trash before.. but there were definitely areas I wouldn't have touched with a 10 foot pole .. So impressed!! We had Sam's team in to clean our home last week, top to bottom, after 3+ months of renovations. We weren't living in the home because of the construction dust (100 year old home = lots of unsafe dust), so the mess had gotten out of control. Our basement was disgusting from having an oil tank removed, and they somehow were able to get the floors clean again. Not only did Sam accommodate my 5 or 6 date and time changes... they spent over 6 hours making sure the house was spotless and safe to bring our newborn home to. First I'd like to say this. I called 3 cleaning companies that gave me 3 different responses , they Nickle and dimed me about every little thing , when my girlfriend told me to try yelp . I requested a cleaning and Ana got back to me right away with a decent quote and exactly what I needed , fridge , oven , cabinets and walls . She said she was busy today but squeezed me in at 12. I called them through their website and they gave me a price that wasn't changed which I appreciated because I know a lot of times, others just give estimates and not actual fixed prices so they stuck with it and I went through with the cleaning . Sam and his team were on-time to meet me, worked rapidly and thought of things that I didn't (A/C filters, heater, window grouts). Sam and his team took before and after videos of what they cleaned and made sure I was pleased before they left. The day before I moved in, I noticed they missed cleaning above the kitchen cabinets. The team was a little late, around 15 minutes. However, they made it up for me and the manager offered me to clean inside windows for free. The cleaning took approximately 3 hours, and everything was spotless. My only other complaint is that the cleaning lady didn't smile at all and didn't talk to me. The cleaning itself was done better than I could even expect. They really scrubbed my bathroom, tile and grouts, the oven looked brand new, and the fridge, that previously had a funky smell, looks now like I just bought it! Due to COVID and losing my cleaning lady , I signed up here to see if I can find a good company that can come twice a week and clean my park slope apartment. When I requested a quote , they got back to me right away with a decent price and told me they would provide all the supplies aswell, they arrived on time and went to work , after 3 hours the place was spotless I have to say .
