OMG! We went to this place because my wife is a fan of Emily in Paris and this is the place where she eats her first pain au chocolat. The line was long but worth it. I would have waited 15 minutes to be attended to; it is that good. You can grab your item and either seat outside and enjoy people walking by or just cross the street to Place de La Estrapade (little park in front of where Emily lives in Paris) and enjoy the water in the fountain and the pigeons. We went to this place at least three times and everything we ordered was divine. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Feel free to also order their sandwiches. While the sandwiches may look plain, they are filled with flavor. I could not believe that something so simple could be so wonderful; this is when you realize the importance of good ingredients

I totally did not recognized that this is THE bakery in Emily in Paris. Not only did I go in looking like a total tourist, I order une pain of chocolat and they lady (of course) corrected me to un pain au chocolat. It is not the best croissant in Paris, but it is definitely tasty and has all that you need. Super super affordable - it was less than 2 euros for most items.

Award winning boulangerie. I ate my weight in baguette et pain au chocolat. You should too.

Chocolate Croissant, Caramelized Florentine, Paris Beast (Best guess)

I typically prefer plain croissants, but the layers in their chocolate one stood out. The vanilla in the flan blended well with the crust. The salmon gave the croissant roll cut in half some flair, along with the white buttery substance. Many flavors of fruit and seeds came though as well as the caramel on the florentine. The doughnut looking pastry cut in half and filled with almond cream was a winner. Some other reviews call it the Paris Beast.

Croissant was excellent! Flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. I don't think they have hot drinks. But they have some tables outside, so you can eat there amongst pigeons (and chain-snaking French people) if you don't live in a walking distance.

I'm a big Emily in Paris fan so finding locations was a must! We walked over in the rain last Friday at 2pm but unfortunately it was closed. Super sad as we would have loved to get some yummy bread and pastries and enjoyed the place. Wondering when they're actually open.

Yes, I must admit Emily I'm Paris brought me here... but I'm so glad it did! The pastries are just as delicious as Lily Collins makes it seem in the show. Fun for fans to get a cute photo op too since it's right next to the restaurant from the show.

Brioche was so amazing. Fluffy, tall. Baguette and baguette tradition available. Kind staff and reasonable prices. Nice French vibe.

Staff was quite rude and food was defintely not great. We had a croque monsieur and a brie sandwich. Seriously overrated unfortunately.

Nicest boulangerie in the neighborhood--goes beyond the basics, and well done at that. The service is personable and efficient.

Another great boulangerie. This place is slightly larger than the one down the street with a…read moreslightly wider selection. It gets a cheaper rating but I thought the prices were very comparable to the other boulangeries in the neighborhood.Again they had great croissants (I tried them at every boulangerie we visited) and their large macaron "sandwiches" were also delicious (although not my MOST favorite of the ones we tried in Paris). This place was also just a few steps from our apartment so we visited it a lot as well. None of the women that served us during the week spoke English but again, you don't need much in a boulangerie. The service was always friendly and efficient. Often this place was busy but service was quick. No outdoor seating, and they were open until 8pm which was awesome. Later in the day you'll find that pastries and bread are not as fresh but even though we got macaron "sandwiches" at 7pm and they seemed a little damp from the fresh fruit in them, the taste was delicious. The outer shells of the macarons were slightly tough but the overall texture wasn't bad. the berries (we tried frambriose and fraise, or raspberry and strawberry) were incredibly fresh and tasty. I'm sure if we had purchased them earlier in the day they would have been even better. We also had the coffee eclairs and they were amazing!!! I don't care that much for eclairs as I do no like the type of bread used for them, but these were good enough that I'd get them again. The filling was rich and the coffee taste was outstanding.
