DO NOT give Corwin Toyota of Boulder your business. A month…read moreago, I purchased a brand new 2026 Toyota Sienna from them. It's defective. The microphone above the drivers seat has never worked. In the grand scheme of things, not a huge problem, but I purchased a brand new vehicle expecting it to be perfect, and they sold me a defective vehicle. I notified our sales associate, Elias Giron, of this the very next day and he just stopped responding to my messages. I've had to take my car in to the service department twice now and the problem is still not resolved. I have a third appointment coming up that will hopefully finally fix the problem. I've already put 200 unnecessary miles on my car driving to and from the dealership and wasted countless hours of my time. My next appointment is supposed to be a full day appointment. They don't have a loaner vehicle program, instead expecting me to pay to rent a car for a day to fix a problem in my brand new vehicle that never should have existed in the first place. I have been trying to speak with a sales supervisor for the past week and every single phone call is sent to voicemail with no call back. I was told by the receptionist that they're in meetings in the morning and then that they've been away from their desks all day and then that it's a service problem and not a sales problem. All they care about is making a sale. Elias, the sales associate, has not once reached out to see if things have been resolved. The one good employee that I've encountered there has been Yair Heredia in the service department. Do not spend your money at Corwin Toyota of Boulder. They also operate under some pretty shady practices, in my opinion. They will sell brand new vehicles to employees to deplete their inventory so that they're allotted new inventory from the manufacturer. The employee will then turn around and sell the now "used" vehicle back to the dealership so that they can sell it to a customer. They list it as a "used" vehicle, but sell it for the same price as a brand new vehicle AND, because it's a "used vehicle," they don't include a dealer warranty.

Flatirons Subaru - Large crack in windshield after service

Updating, don't know why I left a 4 not a 5 in the past…read more Original: I did not end up buying at this dealer but the shopping experience was very positive with Ian. I did get the sense that they value putting a customer into the right car and will take the time to try and do so. I saw other Yelp reviews for Flatirons Imports under its other name Flatirons Subaru, and I'm not the only person who spent a lot of time with a salesperson test driving models and did not end up buying that time around. I think for the patience of the salespeople here, they may not always make a sale that day or that time, but they are earning long term customers who will come back next time and buy. I would buy here in the future.

AVOID. Service…read moreManager: Ryan Nuckles Service Advisor/Service Person: Amanda This was the worst dealership service experience I have ever had. I came in with legitimate concerns about my vehicle and left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and talked down to. I have been going to this dealership for 5 years and will never return after this experience. A small fingertip-sized windshield chip expanded into a crack the size of my hand during the 4 hours my vehicle was in the shop. When I brought this up, Ryan responded, "Do you think we're just going around smashing people's windshields?" Instead of taking responsibility or having a professional conversation, I was told chips expand eventually and that it may have been from sitting in the sun. This windshield had survived years of weather and hail storms without this happening. I also came in specifically to discuss a previous AC recommendation. I was told my vehicle's age and a slightly low AC charge justified an $850 reseal and recharge. I was later told that 2-3 O-rings were leaking and that all 8 needed to be replaced, but no one could explain which O-rings were actually failing or answer my questions. An independent shop completely disagreed with these findings. The way I was treated was the most unacceptable part. I was repeatedly spoken to in a condescending manner, including being asked, "What should I do about it, Ella? What should I do?" and being told, "Well, you didn't pay for any of this." My concerns were dismissed instead of addressed, and I was made to feel like I was unreasonable for asking basic questions about my own vehicle. I also raised concerns about a recommended $1,250 oil-related service. The inspection video only described the area as "sweating," not an active leak, and I had an oil change just two weeks prior where no lower oil pan leak was identified. When I asked about the discrepancy between their findings and those of an independent shop with extensive experience, I was not given a clear technical explanation. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses, including comments questioning whether I was implying the Subaru technician was "wrong or making something up." After this experience, I will not be returning to this dealership. The way I was treated has completely destroyed my trust in this service department, and I cannot recommend this dealership or Subaru to my friends and family based on this experience.

All of a sudden, three show up a different dealers seemingly on the same day. Pollard sent me a dealer pricing quote through email right away. I spoke with Conor on the phone and he setup a test drive appointment for that afternoon. I hadn't been to a dealer post-covid, so I wasn't sure what to expect and he went over their protocol - meet out front, go over the car, do the test drive. This limits the number of people you interact, but without making the process unworkable. It's definitely different, and I like it more than I expected. As promised, Conor met me out front with the Jeep and went over everything. No pressure or over-selling. Not that it would be been necessary.I had been researching Wrangler JLs for about two months now, so really once I saw it there in all its glory, I was sold. After the test drive, things went quickly and smoothly. Price, financing (Chrysler is offering 0% APR on 36/mo), trade-in, paperwork took about 90 minutes. No negatives with the experience. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable. There was no pressure, no stress. Highly recommended.

Since the dealership changed its name from Pollard to Fowler in 2021, the quality of the service has declined. The most common complaint is work not completed when promised or not done at all, including holding a Grand Cherokee for several days until the paperwork on a warranty claim was processed. There have been several instances of questionable and expensive repairs, e.g. replacing the valve covers on a Wrangler to fix a small oil leak and replacing the entire radiator assembly on a Grand Cherokee to fix a very small coolant leak. In the latter case they installed a defective part and the vehicle broke down on the road. We had to pay for a replacement air conditioner compressor in advance, a thing I never heard of anywhere else in 60 years of driving. Some instances may be the result of poor design, and others are probably the fault of Stellantis, which we are told does not provide checklists or training to prevent critical failures. I have concluded that it is unsafe to continue to have maintenance work done at this dealer. The loss of all the coolant fortunately didn't cause the engine to sieze, but I no longer believe their mechanics can be trusted to tighten the lug nuts after rotating the tires.
