    My brand new car got hit in a parking lot and the insurance suggested I take it to Boulevard Collision for repairs. The shop is in a good location and nearby Enterprise in case you need a rental. What I didn't like was the fact the employees were in multiple areas of my vehicle they didn't need to be in hence the star removal. I've had horrible experiences with leaving my cars with body shops in the past so this didn't put my mind at ease. Over the next 12 days they were pinged in the trunk and back seats multiple times throughout the day. The damage was on the left fender so I was a little confused as to why they were in the back seat and trunk of the car. My car was alerting me multiple times a day when any activity occurred. They were even in the wheel well where the spare tire is located and for whatever reason removed my cover car from that location and put it in the trunk. When I called to ask about the activity I was told they were cleaning it. My car had been professionally detailed a week prior to dropping it off for repairs so I was not too thrilled that they were attempting to clean it. I did tell the assigned agent this and they took it back to wipe out the excess product and apologized. I still had to clean it again when I got home but they did at least try. I wish they would ask customers if they would like to have their cars cleaned prior to doing so because I'm very particular about the products used and how it's cleaned because of the color. Overall, I can't knock the repair. They did a great job repairing it and it doesn't look as if anything happened to it at all.

    I had gotten into an accident a few weeks ago and my front bumper and passenger side fender was a little messed up. I went to boulevard and had the pleasure of meeting Richard who was amazing from the time he seen my car to me picking up my car. I didn't expect my car to look as if i just picked it up from the dealer but he made sure my car was taken care of. Thank you to Richard and the rest of Boulevard collision team for everything you guys did. See the before and after of how my car looked

    Got side swiped by a full size truck on the freeway and his insurance sent me to Boulevard for repairs. Staff over there are very courteous and helpful. John handled the write up, updates and delivery. Very nice man and a joy to chat with. Excellent customer service when he shows interest in having you pick the vehicle up before he clocks out so that he can pull up your car and hand you the keys personally. There was even a scuff mark on my driver fender from a near miss I had with another vehicle and to my surprise, they made that disappear too! Now my baby is gorgeous once again. Also 2 weeks for the amount of work was totally reasonable since I was expecting closer to 3. Thanks to John and every individual who had a hand in repairing my Fusion

    I recommend taking you car to Blvd. Collision Center. They did great job on my Buick Lacrosse. Looks brand new

    This photo was what I submitted when requesting a mobile repair quote, and the damage is centered…read moreon the reflector itself, along with dents above and below it. The repair quote I received did not specifically exclude the reflector repair, and it included a charge for "additional materials." Because of that, I reasonably believed the visible reflector damage was included as part of the repair. When I called the office before making the appointment, they didn't tell me that the reflector itself will not be fixed. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.

My car sat at the shop for six days before any work even began, yet at the beginning I was receiving daily updates saying it would be ready by the seventh day. Once that timeline passed, my car was not ready and I received no update at all. From that point on, every update only happened because I called first. Over a week in, after I reached out again, I was told they had messed up my car and needed to start over. I explained that my grandma was in the hospital and that staying informed was really important to me. I also clearly expressed that I was frustrated with having to chase updates. I was assured communication would improve -- it never did. I was then repeatedly told my car would be ready "in a couple of days," even though it later became clear that this timeline was not realistic given the painting and drying process. To be very clear, I was never rushing them. I told Adriana multiple times over the phone that I was not rushing the work -- I was only asking for updates, just like I had been receiving at the beginning. Each time, I was told I would be kept informed, and each time that promise was broken, even after I directly called out the lack of communication multiple times. This honestly showed a complete lack of care for their customer. In total, they had my car for close to two weeks, and I never once received a proactive update without calling myself. When I finally got my car back, the paint job was unacceptable. There was significant overspray and color bleeding all over the vehicle, including on my Toyota logo, my side mirror, and even inside the car. When I brought this up, Adriana tried to say the poor quality was because I was "rushing" them, which is simply not true. I called again, politely, to ask how this could be fixed. I was told to drop my car off again, but after such poor communication throughout this experience, I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there for longer than a day. I was told that was fine and that Adriana would call me back to schedule a time. That call never came. Between the misleading timelines, lack of follow-through, poor communication, and the quality of the paint job, I cannot recommend this Maaco location.
