Let me start off by saying Brianna and Joe have been extremely helpful this past year. I got into two car accidents in January (unfortunately a week apart) and came to this location considering it was closest to home. Brianna had been patient and helpful throughout the entire process of repairing my truck. Once my truck was finished being worked on, I took it home only to notice there was a gasket missing from beneath my hood post repairs. I called the shop and they were more than happy to order the part, free of charge. The only bad thing I have to say isn't about the staffing, but the location is hard to get in and out of. Even so, Joe has helped me back out into traffic when I needed help. Great customer service. read more

WORST SERVICE!!! I dropped off my car only to retrieve it with a broken key. I turned the key and it crumbled, with half of it left in the ignition. When I approached the front desk, the woman rudely accused me of handing it to her that way at the time of drop off. The owner asked who handed it to me that way and then suddenly remembered, oh yah you gave it to us like this. I was completely shocked and confused. He had the nerve to call me a liar. He showed me a picture of my key, but it was clearly taken after one of their employees broke it. He said he'd get me a new key, then asked me to pay the full price. I asked him to meet me halfway and pay half the cost, he said he doesn't think she should, but would anyways since he's in the business of "customer service." This isn't even the worst of it, the key that was made is broke- the tailgate button doesn't work. The worst part?! They broke the connection to my rear camera. I had work done on my tailgate, my camera worked before I took it in and now I get this error- see picture. I would never ever recommend this business. read more

Don't trust this place. Unfortunately this is where my insurance recommended me to get the work done. When I received my repaired vehicle, they put nearly 1k miles on it. It's been a few weeks since my insurance company stated this place would provide photos of my vehicle being in their lot rather than someone there "joyriding" my vehicle. They offered a free detail as consolation. They also moved items in my vehicle for no apparent reason, considering the repairs were on the outside. Some small items are missing. I'm afraid to know what else was stolen. The work seems ok, although over $1,000 for minor touchups. Good luck risking leaving your vehicle here. My insurance company is no better in helping resolve this matter. read more

Got into an accident while visiting family down south. My car got hit when another driver ran a red light. Joe, who I believe was the owner helped me with my claim and repair was wonderful. As I could not be left stranded without a vehicle to get back home, he was on the phone ensuring my rental car would arrive in a timely and proper manner. Despite me living 3 plus hours away while my car was being fixed, the entire staff did a wonderful job at keeping informed of my cars repair status. When the repairs were done it looked wonderful. Unfortunately (for me and my cars), I have had to use CRC multiple times (I swear, my old car was cursed...or, I am). I was originally referred to CRC by my insurance and will only trust them with my car now. I was rear-ended twice and hit on the side (front to back end damage) once in my old car...and recently, my new car was the victim of a rogue shopping cart while I was exiting the freeway. I was happy to hear my insurance was contracted with CRC for each and every series of unfortunate car events I've collected over the years. CRC has always provided excellent service and quality repair work. I will admit, I had to bring my car bacK for some minor imperfections I've discovered after repair. However, CRC wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my car. They covered a rental at their expense and corrected the issue. Yes, it was inconvenient. However, they did everything they could for me to not feel inconvenienced. Thank you, CRC-especially Ben and Joe! Hopefully (for me and my car), I won't be back for a while...although...they do provide a great car wash, too! read more

So I've only been in two accidents my entire life thank goodness. Both times I was hit from behind, due to this kids that can't put their cellphones down. So when I was recommended to Collision Repair Consultants I didn't know what expect. When I walked in the first time they were really nice and friendly and assured me they were going to take of my car. They offered me a ride home or to the rental place. Joe the owner was the first person to greet me and he made sure I knew I was in good hands he just wanted to make sure if I was ok. Then I was walked into the office where I met Ben and he was incredibly nice. A couple of weeks later Ben called me to tell me my Prius V was ready for pick up. I couldn't be happier to hear that. When I arrived I saw my Prius looked like my new car. They cleaned in the outside and the inside too. They didn't have to do it but they did anyway. Joe and Ben both walked me thru the process and handed me keys and made sure I was happy with the job. This second time I was hit when I made my claim I asked if I could go them again. The secretary at Collision Repair Consultants called me immediately and asked if I needed a ride. I said no thank you I am going to be there in 20min. I walked in and again they all greeted me and said "wait a minute wasn't your Prius V white?" I said yes, my old one. I upgraded to a newer one. Again they asked what happened and I said some person their cell phone hit me at red light. This time the damage was greater they pushed me into another car. So this time my hood and trunk we damaged. I knew this was going to take longer but I knew my Prius was in great hands. They emailed me with the estimates and estimated time my car would be at their shop. When I picked up my it looked fantastic! They changed my headlights gave me new ones. The car looked new again as if nothing had ever happened. While I was there Joe the owner walked me thru the process again and as we are walking around the car he notices some previous scratches on my car. Joe calls over one of his employee and asks him to puff out the scratches he didn't have to do it but he did it anyway. They went above and beyond when repairing my car. The lower bumper on my car suffered from the hit but my insurance thought it wasn't part of the accident so what does Ben and Joe do, they are taking care of out of pocket. They are taking care of for me. Because that's the kind of great service you will get with them. Remember it's the repair shop closer to Walnut. My wifes car got stolen and our Insurers referred up to Norm Reeves Ford for the repairs and to replace a couple of stolen items from it. Norm Reeves Ford are the worst dealers out there and we had nothing but problems from them and even the paint shops that they reffered were useless and didnt help at all. My wife was so annoyed with the whole process that she got back in touch with our Insurance company who gave us Collision Repair Consultants and oh boy we were glad. Joe looked at the car and said that he would get the quote/estimate done and then book the vehicle in for the work. The car although is a tad over four years old had very little mileage and was in perfect condition before the theives got their hands on it as we needed two of the very expensive wheels refinished and a small scratch in the rear panel fixed. These guys had the car for a little over a week and whilst there my wife had indicated that we need a new set of very expensive tires soon and should she get them done before the wheels were refinished. Joe immediately asked how much was my quote on the tires and he got in touch with a tire company that he has dealt with for years and not only got us a better price than I could get but he got the tires installed along with the wheels refinished to factory specs an we still got the car back within a day of the original time that Joe had given us. We couldnt be happier with the work that these people did and would not only return them in the future but tell anyone that needs an honest body shop. To finish the small scratch in the clear coat that everyone said needed the rear of the car painted was was buffed out and is no longer an issue. The wheels that are over $850.00 each were refinished to perfection and Joe saved us over $200 on tires. Thank you Joe, keep up the great work. read more

This Shop hires unlicensed workers. Fernando Reynoso doesn't even know how to fix cars. After he did something in my car, the bumper fell off on the freeway and caused me to wreck. My nephew's leg got broken. I went back to the shop to talk to him earlier cause I was pissed he did such a bad job. The dude seriously threatened to sue me for complaining about his work. I tried to report him, but apparently he isn't licensed and he is using someone else's social security number and this shop scam my insurance company a lot. read more

WORSE BODY SHOP EVER! They literaly messed up my car even more than what it was. I have a lexus is25O that had damage to the bumper. I took it here because Mercury referred me here. When I dropped off my car they told e it will be ready in 3-4 business days, which i was okay with. Through out the entire time that my car was at their shop i never heard from anybody. On the 4th day, I called to follow up and check if the car was ready. They went on to tell me that it was NOT ready and that it might take another day. Why would they not call me to let me know about this? I dont know. When my car was finally ready i went to pick it up and noticed that my bu,per was not aligned properly. Again they didn't tell me anything baout it, i guess they were waiting to see if i noticed it. It was very obvious!(please refer to the pictures) They told me that the car was missing some sort of bracket so the bumper was not even holding on properly! Aren't they a collison repair shop???!! They did a very sloppy job. All my tires were missing the air caps, the inside of my trunk was missing a liner, and the bumper was literally missing screws under it! I went back like 3 times. The man that worked on my car gave me attitude in front of the "owner" and nobody apologized for anything or fixed anything. The owner told me "if you're worried abot it falling off in the freeway...it is a little loose but it won't fall off!" WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! read more

I was absolutely boiling when I brought it into the shop that day. Ben assured me that they would have no issues fixing the damage and told me that I would be able to pick it up in 3 days. It was Wednesday, so I was assuming I would get it back on Monday, which I thought was more than reasonable. Ben calls me Friday saying that the damage is fixed and I can come pick it up. I went in on a Friday to get a rough, very rough, estimate for some repairs and paint on my van. Waited a few minutes for another customer to finish his conversation with the manager. When my turn came I briefly explained what I wanted. He told me he was too busy and could I come back on Monday? That's the only thing he said to me!  For the want of a 10 minute conversation he lost a job and a potential customer. I'm supposed take even more of my time, miles and effort to drive all the way back to his location just to ask him again to do a job for me ? I don't think so. read more
