First impressions are amazing, super clean. In order to be a Firestone Bridgestone and Michelin dealer, you have to have the reputation in quality to become direct distributors and that's why I stopped here. Shop is super clean, reviews are amazing saying that people get a great deal. They honor their work. I'm getting my tires rotated balanced and aligned. They're also going to give me an estimate for some damages I have and so far the price is much much better than I've seen elsewhere. They're not pushing anything on me like most the places in Florida. For instance, the dealer wants to replace my mother-in-law's tires that are in the yellow. They've got 20,000 mi on them and they're rated at 70,000, mi. But they're trying to scare the old lady and take advantage of them. I don't trust the dealers around here. Sorry, I'm from California, Hawaii, Colorado, Florida and Arizona. I've never had a worse experience than dealers in Florida. Highly recommend this place read more

I want to update my review from 3 years ago with a new 2022 review. In June 2022 I took my motorhome into the shop on 441 and asked them to look at my tires before a long trip to Canada. They said the fronts need to be replaced so I did. After a 7500 mile round trip I'm back in the villages. Every time I passed pieces of tire in the road I thought thank you Boulevard Tire. The Personnel at Boulevard Tire Center that we came in contact with today for service on my car were very professional and helpful. 1. We pulled and and were greeted right a way. Told them what was going on with my car and they knew just what to do. The made sure that they put covers on my seats so that they would no damage them. 2. The Service Personnel then sent us inside so that they could come and give us an estimate. Within 5 minutes they returned and gave a very fair estimate, and quoted a time of about 2 hours. 3. We were going to take an Uber home but the offer to drive us home (not may places offer that). The gentlemen (Jerry) that took us home was very nice. 4. My car was done in less that what they said (1hr) and the called and text me. 5. My bill was what they said it would be and not a penny more. I would recommend them to any. Thank you Boulevard Tire. I just came from Boulevard Tire and everything was good except for one thing. I still gave it 3 stars since I believe the high speed front balance was done correctly even though I haven't had it up to Turnpike speeds yet. They noticed my windshield wipers were streaking which I knew because I had noticed it this AM with the dew and trying to remove it so I told them to change them out. The customer agent from New England was great however when I called a few days ago and asked what the price was a female customer service said $16 each tire which is reasonable. When I paid my bill there was an $8 Shop Charge which neither the gal 2 days ago nor the very nice gentleman from New England mentioned. In the whole scope of life I don't give a hoot about the 8 bucks. Thank God He has blessed me with enough money to live on. I had my own retail business with 2 outlets and would NEVER have sprung this on a customer the last minute. Imagine if there was an Oven use charge at a restaurant or a Checkout Charge at a Supermarket and you weren't told? So it's really $20 a tire which would have been fine anyway if done correctly. I have just moved here 2 plus weeks ago and Boulevard Tire I have to say this is NO WAY to do business especially with a new customer. I don't want the $8 back. I want you to be TOTALLY upfront with the customers. That's the only way to honestly do business. Am I wrong? read more

The customer service is great and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Other places I have been don't even compare to the experience I have at Boulevard Tire! motorhome developed a leak in the dually inside tire . took to boulevard tire and they jumped right on it. malachi was great, let me watch while he worked. replaced bad tire valve and checked the one on the other side. i was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and friendliness. i highly recommend these guys if you need rv tire work done. they also handle large trucks. read more

I went in to order a set of tires for my car, the person at the desk decided to take a phone call that was lengthy to discuss tire options with another person even though I was already engaging in a conversation with him about tires..anyway I was told they were ordered, I called the next day to check status and was told they would see if my tires were there and they would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I called this morning Dec 3, 2021 at 8:23 and was told they would have to check to see if my tires were delivered, after 45 minutes I called back and was told oh I just left you a message I stated my phone never rang, keep in mind all my information is in their computer and my order for does have my correct phone number on it, anyway the woman stated that she has to find out where the ball was dropped and go through paperwork to see what happened, so basically the first person never ordered my tires, the 2nd guy never followed up and the woman has no clue, her response was sorry hope you give us a chance in the future. Me personally I would have transferred my phone call to a manager to find a solution so they have lost about $800.00 as I will take my business elsewhere. read more

These guys are incompetent at best and dishonest liars at worst. Told me my tire was "irreparable". Quoted me a fair price. Promised to call when tire was available and didn't. When I came back they raised the price $65 to over $300 for one tire! Worse, I went to Tire Choice. The tire was REPAIRED professionally for $38! Stay far away. A few months back I shopped around for some new tires for my f150. I was having an issue with the tires that were in the truck and this place recommended a different tire for me. After shopping around their price was a little higher but still competitive and I liked the attitude I received from them. I must say they did an excellent job with the new tires. Because their price was a little higher to begin with I declined any extras like road hazard. Now I just went back because I had a small nail in one of my tires. I liked these people so much that I didn't even ask the price , just let them fix it. The tire repair/patch cost me $38. I was actually shocked that it was so expensive, because a few months back I had the same type repair done on my wife's car at another place in Groveland and they charged me only $15. I also went to Goodyear in clermont last year for the same issue, I went there because I had them change my oil and was familiar with them, they were so nice and didn't even charge me because I had just spent over $100 for a synthetic oil change. I was greatly dissatisfied with the $38 charge from boulevard, since I purchased the tires from them. I didn't expect anything for free, but a customer courtesy and some type of discount would have been nice. All I can say is we have 2 vehicles, my wife's car is going to need tires soon, and eventually will need another set. I may be wrong, but I felt like I was robbed for the tire repair, because I know I could have gotten it done for less somewhere else, I feel the only way I can make up for that now is to shop better and make sure I don't spend any more money with this place. Only wish I could have given them 10 stars. Super honest, super helpful, with great service they saved us thousands of dollars! I bought a used car and it started to vibrate. My husband took it to a popular chain of tire stores around The Villages and they wrote up a huge list of things that were important for the car and our safety totaling $3,500. Thank heavens he went for a second opinion to Boulevard Tire which had been recommended by a native Lady Lake resident with car knowledge. Yes, there were some problems but $1.200 worth that was fully explained. They all so showed us and explained why the other recommended "problems" did not need to be fixed. Warning Do not take your vehicle here!! Single mom (R.N.) who commutes to area for work took her vehicle here on recoomendation and purchased 4 tires last Friday and was charged over $1000. These 4 tires took 2.5 hours to install and at the time of completion it was 4:30 p.m. and she couldn't wait any more and she would have to bring her car back next week for an alignment. She returned the following Wednesday for alignment and they wanted to charge her an additional $100. They quoted her a 30 min wait on the alignment... 4.5 hours later the alignment wasn't completed and vehicle still wasn't ready. This place is definitely looking for an easy target! 30 minutes is their standard answer for everything more like 3.0 hours. Highway robbery right here in Lady Lake!! Be warned. read more

Coming out of a doctor's appointment, I noticed I had a very low tire. I filled it up and headed straight for my car doctor, Boulevard Tire in Lady Lake. Got there about 30 seconds before they closed. They were eager to help and the gal in the office stayed with me until the tire was fixed. Fantastic service from beginning to end! They answered the phone within two rings, didn't put me on hold and told me I could come in when they opened at 7:30 the next morning. I got there a few minutes early and the door was actually open and they greeted me with a smile! They had my tire fixed and I was on my way within 30 minutes for a very reasonable price.
