I have four children, one of whom has special needs, and I decided to plan her birthday there along with her twin. I was definitely skeptical at first because there were many different circumstances to consider, but the entire team made the process incredible for not just me, but my whole family. Negar took care of everything during the planning process. She helped answer all of my crazy questions and when I say all, I mean I easily had 500 of them! Not once did she sound frustrated or annoyed. Her patience, organization, and customer service were truly amazing. On the day of the party, we had the pleasure of working with Karine, Ferhat, and Leslie, and they were all fantastic. Their patience and kindness with the kids and families were beyond appreciated. Karine is incredible with children and also knows exactly how to handle parents and families. She immediately helped ease the stress and anxiety of a mom like me who had a lot on her mind. She was also great at delegating tasks and making sure everything ran smoothly. Leslie and Ferhat were equally amazing with the kids and families. Ferhat even helped us bring all the gifts to the car and moved around like the Energizer Bunny getting everything done so quickly! Ball N Bounce isn't just like a second home for me, they truly made the experience of throwing a birthday party for a child with special needs feel comfortable, joyful, and completely stress-free. I couldn't have done it without this incredible team. God bless all of you for everything you do. I highly recommend Ball N Bounce not only for their clean and fun play area, but also as an amazing place to host your child's birthday party!

No complaints about the equipment at all. My son loved the curly slide into the ball pit and the little building block area. The only thing I don't love is that the seating area/eating is behind a wall so you can't sit down and watch your kids at the same time. There were some kids doing things like climbing up the slides when other kids were trying to go down and no parent was in sight to help reel them in. There's also virtually no seating in the play area for adults. Myself and a few other parents were sitting on the floor. Also, it is kind of pricey. Entrance fee is comparable to other places ($25) and it is for an unlimited amount of time. However, I bought a small bag of chocolate mushrooms for my son to snack on and it was $3. This was the size of a snack bag you would get in like a Costco multipack. Party prices are some of the most expensive I have seen at an indoor play place. Highly recommend bringing in your own food and drink! The staff was nice and they did a decent job checking in and making sure kids weren't doing stuff that was unsafe. I do like that this place is a little off the beaten path. I will be back!

My little guy LOVES playgrounds and is the kind of toddler who wants to do everything, especially since he's a pretty low-sleep-needs kid . He had a great time here, especially on the blue slide. He was still talking about that slide afterward, and I think he was so exhausted from playing that he actually slept really well that night! One thing I appreciated is that, at least on the weekend afternoon we went, there weren't a bunch of birthday parties taking over the space. It was also open later than some of the other indoor playgrounds we've tried, which is a big plus if you have a toddler who tends to keep late hours. That said, it did get very crowded, and I think the layout could be better. The play area is fairly narrow and not as open as some other indoor playgrounds we've visited, so it can be difficult for parents to sit back and still have a clear view of everything their kids are doing. There's also a mix of activities that seem geared toward slightly older kids, including video games, which weren't really my thing. The biggest issue for me was some of the older kids running around and going up the slides the wrong way, particularly the purple slide. With toddlers, that can be a little stressful because they're smaller and you can't always anticipate what's coming down the slide. I understand that parents are ultimately responsible for supervising their kids and there's a waiver, but I do think staff could be a little more proactive about discouraging behavior that could create a safety issue for the younger children. Food options for adults were also pretty limited, and the seating arrangement made it harder to comfortably hang out while keeping an eye on the kids. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars. It's a fine option for a playdate, especially if you're looking for somewhere that's open later and available on weekends. My toddler definitely had fun, and apparently the blue slide was a major hit. I just wouldn't say it's the best indoor playground we've been to.

I would recommend they print out menus with pictures especially for the Armenian pastries. It's not that pricey to print out menus and laminate then. I decided to try the Armenian pastries as have never had them. I ordered the fried beef patty and the beef Armenian pizza. The pizza is more of a thin crust flat bread than pizzza as it does not have cheese. I personally prefer the Latin empanada to the fried pastry. Also tried the cream puff- ok but not worth the $3.50. The chocolate croissant was bready than flakely as it should be. Other people in my party ordered the standard sandwiches and salads. They were happy with the salads for the most part. It seemed like the cheese pizza, wrapped hot dogs and sandwiches were ok. The changing a station is located in the single stall children's bathroom, why? It was busy so I ended up changing my baby on the sink in the women's bathroom. I recommend that they install a changing table in the women's bathroom also. They only have 2 high chairs so if you come with a large group, bring youur own bumbo chaIrs instead. The plastic chairs in the party room were pretty but seemed fragile. I would recommend that they buy more high chairs from ikea that are affordable and easy to clean for their clientele. The kiddos seemed to enjoy the spacious kiddie area. No it's not for kids to visit for free while you buy pastries. They charge $13 per child. Bring socks to run around in the kiddie area.

Not a pleasant experience, especially when you're trying to celebrate a 3-year-old's birthday…read more We called ahead and spoke to the owner Lucine, who told us the soft play area had a private party but the arcade and kart racing were open to the public. We called again when we were 30 minutes out to ask about height requirements. Our call was missed -- and they called us back, so they had our number. We drove from Simi Valley to Sherman Oaks to find the entire place shut down for a private event. When we arrived, Lucine informed us that the party had upgraded their package, which resulted in the entire venue being booked. They had time to make signs for the party but couldn't take two minutes to call us back and save us the trip. Or save my 3-year-old the disappointment. When I said I'd be sharing my experience, Lucine handed over free passes -- then asked if I'd still be leaving a review. That told me everything about the gesture. It wasn't an apology. It was damage control. We may give them another chance, but this visit was sloppy and unprofessional. Call ahead if you're planning a trip. And maybe call twice. Edit to add: I already noted in my original review that an attempt was made to remedy the situation -- bringing it up again here with a dollar figure attached feels more like a rebuttal than a genuine response. For accuracy, what was offered to my three children was two rides and an arcade card each. I'd also push back on the characterization that it was 'gladly accepted.' When you're walking out the door disappointed with three kids, accepting something in the moment isn't the same as feeling made whole. As for the 155 five-star reviews -- a business that opened in September with 155 Google reviews but only 21 on other platforms raises valid questions. That kind of gap doesn't happen organically. It happens when customers are specifically directed to one platform. An honest review is not an attack. I shared our experience so other families can make informed decisions, and I stand by every word of it.

I loved that you can see both sides of the play area from the seating section, which made it easy to keep an eye on my little one while still enjoying some time with friends. There are about 10 square tables in the middle, perfect for groups. Admission is $30 per child for 3 hours, which feels a bit steep, but each kid gets a free pair of branded non-slip socks -- a nice touch! Adult socks are available for $2 a pair if you need them. Everyone removes their shoes at the front gate and either goes barefoot or wears socks throughout. Shoes go in cubbies provided near the entrance. A huge bonus -- you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks (just keep them out of the actual play area). They also have a small fridge stocked with sodas and Capri Suns for $2 each, plus dry snacks and candy available for purchase if you need a quick bite. Worth noting they also have a small menu with pizza if you don't want to bring your own food, though I can't speak to the pricing or variety. The space was clean, cool, and air-conditioned, and not overly crowded. I noticed staff sanitizing tables and tidying the play areas throughout our visit, which I really appreciated. The one bathroom has two toilets and a double vanity, so it works well for families. My only suggestion would be to add corner bumpers to all the tables -- only every other one had them. Other than that and the price, it was a great experience. We'll definitely be back!
