I have been waiting for awhile to take my daughter here. Pre-COVID she was too young then they closed with the pandemic. They have finally reopened! It is very clean here and the housekeeper is very nice and constantly cleaning. They have all kinds of educational toys for my 2 year old. You do have to sign up for a 2 hr time slot that includes a story time and sing/dance time. There are 10 people allowed per session but some no showed. I would allow more people per session to account for no shows. It's hard to get a spot ahead of time but check last minute as there may be cancellations. There are student volunteers but they can be shy about interacting with the children. I tried to get a speech evaluation but was told I have to go through my pediatrician for insurance to cover it. I'm going to see if they will at least do a developmental screening for my daughter...

My toddler had great fun there. The facility has lots of interesting toys or tools for different age kids babies to play and learn. The staffs are very nice. Will come back!

Have started coming here with my 9 month old and it's such a great hidden gem in the Valley. It has both pros and cons so let me start off with the Pros. Pros: It's free! There are many learning areas, reading area which is then provided with story time at a certain time, drama area with kitchen, house and dress up, art area with many art supplies, music, and even a nature resort area that has outside play. Parking is around the corner but is usually pack so best bet is to park on the street. There is no music playing. No outside food in any of the areas..there is a cafeteria area in the front of the building or inside the building when it comes to feeding. There are licensed professionals to help with many ranges of therapy from speech to other different developments etc There is also a nursing nook in the Infant but...I wouldn't suggest using it. Cons: It seems that alot of parents just come and drop off their kids to play without ever supervising them and let them run wild. I've seen parents just sit there on their phones ignoring their children and what they're doing such as ...Throwing, yelling, hitting ...the works. So be vigilant of your child because the staff won't do anything. The infant room is suppose to be 2 and under ONLY. Pff. It isn't. It would be nice if staff would make that a strict rule and redirect older children to another play area to keep the younger children safe. I have asked staff if they can redirect older children out of the infant room because they were throwing or running around to the point where it was endangering my 9 month old. The staff did nothing. Before you're allowed to go in, you will have to sign a waiver that if your child gets hurt or dies from an injury you can't sue. So after signing this it would be nice if Staff would be more hands on and make sure parents are supervising their children and that the Infant room remains the infant room.

Great playing area. Train table is my son's favorite!

I have four children, one of whom has special needs, and I decided to plan her birthday there along with her twin. I was definitely skeptical at first because there were many different circumstances to consider, but the entire team made the process incredible for not just me, but my whole family. Negar took care of everything during the planning process. She helped answer all of my crazy questions and when I say all, I mean I easily had 500 of them! Not once did she sound frustrated or annoyed. Her patience, organization, and customer service were truly amazing. On the day of the party, we had the pleasure of working with Karine, Ferhat, and Leslie, and they were all fantastic. Their patience and kindness with the kids and families were beyond appreciated. Karine is incredible with children and also knows exactly how to handle parents and families. She immediately helped ease the stress and anxiety of a mom like me who had a lot on her mind. She was also great at delegating tasks and making sure everything ran smoothly. Leslie and Ferhat were equally amazing with the kids and families. Ferhat even helped us bring all the gifts to the car and moved around like the Energizer Bunny getting everything done so quickly! Ball N Bounce isn't just like a second home for me, they truly made the experience of throwing a birthday party for a child with special needs feel comfortable, joyful, and completely stress-free. I couldn't have done it without this incredible team. God bless all of you for everything you do. I highly recommend Ball N Bounce not only for their clean and fun play area, but also as an amazing place to host your child's birthday party!

No complaints about the equipment at all. My son loved the curly slide into the ball pit and the little building block area. The only thing I don't love is that the seating area/eating is behind a wall so you can't sit down and watch your kids at the same time. There were some kids doing things like climbing up the slides when other kids were trying to go down and no parent was in sight to help reel them in. There's also virtually no seating in the play area for adults. Myself and a few other parents were sitting on the floor. Also, it is kind of pricey. Entrance fee is comparable to other places ($25) and it is for an unlimited amount of time. However, I bought a small bag of chocolate mushrooms for my son to snack on and it was $3. This was the size of a snack bag you would get in like a Costco multipack. Party prices are some of the most expensive I have seen at an indoor play place. Highly recommend bringing in your own food and drink! The staff was nice and they did a decent job checking in and making sure kids weren't doing stuff that was unsafe. I do like that this place is a little off the beaten path. I will be back!

I loved that you can see both sides of the play area from the seating section, which made it easy to keep an eye on my little one while still enjoying some time with friends. There are about 10 square tables in the middle, perfect for groups. Admission is $30 per child for 3 hours, which feels a bit steep, but each kid gets a free pair of branded non-slip socks -- a nice touch! Adult socks are available for $2 a pair if you need them. Everyone removes their shoes at the front gate and either goes barefoot or wears socks throughout. Shoes go in cubbies provided near the entrance. A huge bonus -- you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks (just keep them out of the actual play area). They also have a small fridge stocked with sodas and Capri Suns for $2 each, plus dry snacks and candy available for purchase if you need a quick bite. Worth noting they also have a small menu with pizza if you don't want to bring your own food, though I can't speak to the pricing or variety. The space was clean, cool, and air-conditioned, and not overly crowded. I noticed staff sanitizing tables and tidying the play areas throughout our visit, which I really appreciated. The one bathroom has two toilets and a double vanity, so it works well for families. My only suggestion would be to add corner bumpers to all the tables -- only every other one had them. Other than that and the price, it was a great experience. We'll definitely be back!

It's not the biggest indoor playground I've visited, but there is plenty for the kids to do! The play areas are clean and feel new. It's pretty easy to keep an eye on your kiddo here because there are lots of clear spaces/windows to look into the playground even if they are climbing in the upper area. My son loved the little machine that moves the balls up and down. I haven't seen anything like that at an indoor playground before! There is plenty of seating available and you can bring your own food inside. They have a small selection of snacks for sale and a free coffee station! Genius. It's $30 for entry which is a little steep but that's not far off from what other places charge. I would definitely come back.

Look around before booking - there are a ton of cleaner, cuter options. Not worth it for the tiny space, super awkward seating / table seating for adults (cramped to the back with zero view of the kids) and serious lack of play options. Ghost town; rarely any kids there for open play. Tiny ball pit has like 3 balls, it's all floor, an injury waiting to happen. And randomly, they have large pieces of VR equipment that take up an enormous amount of space. They sit there with DO NOT TOUCH signs collecting dust - gaudy and oddly out of place against a young children's atmosphere. Management and front desk are dispirited and dead-eyed, probably due to overhead and lack of business even after their so-called "remodeling". But definitely not the type of energy you'd want kids around either. Unfortunately, cost comes no where close to reflecting the value provided. Customer is charged extra to make up for their empty tables.
