I have been waiting for awhile to take my daughter here. Pre-COVID she was too young then they closed with the pandemic. They have finally reopened! It is very clean here and the housekeeper is very nice and constantly cleaning. They have all kinds of educational toys for my 2 year old. You do have to sign up for a 2 hr time slot that includes a story time and sing/dance time. There are 10 people allowed per session but some no showed. I would allow more people per session to account for no shows. It's hard to get a spot ahead of time but check last minute as there may be cancellations. There are student volunteers but they can be shy about interacting with the children. I tried to get a speech evaluation but was told I have to go through my pediatrician for insurance to cover it. I'm going to see if they will at least do a developmental screening for my daughter...

My toddler had great fun there. The facility has lots of interesting toys or tools for different age kids babies to play and learn. The staffs are very nice. Will come back!

Have started coming here with my 9 month old and it's such a great hidden gem in the Valley. It has both pros and cons so let me start off with the Pros. Pros: It's free! There are many learning areas, reading area which is then provided with story time at a certain time, drama area with kitchen, house and dress up, art area with many art supplies, music, and even a nature resort area that has outside play. Parking is around the corner but is usually pack so best bet is to park on the street. There is no music playing. No outside food in any of the areas..there is a cafeteria area in the front of the building or inside the building when it comes to feeding. There are licensed professionals to help with many ranges of therapy from speech to other different developments etc There is also a nursing nook in the Infant but...I wouldn't suggest using it. Cons: It seems that alot of parents just come and drop off their kids to play without ever supervising them and let them run wild. I've seen parents just sit there on their phones ignoring their children and what they're doing such as ...Throwing, yelling, hitting ...the works. So be vigilant of your child because the staff won't do anything. The infant room is suppose to be 2 and under ONLY. Pff. It isn't. It would be nice if staff would make that a strict rule and redirect older children to another play area to keep the younger children safe. I have asked staff if they can redirect older children out of the infant room because they were throwing or running around to the point where it was endangering my 9 month old. The staff did nothing. Before you're allowed to go in, you will have to sign a waiver that if your child gets hurt or dies from an injury you can't sue. So after signing this it would be nice if Staff would be more hands on and make sure parents are supervising their children and that the Infant room remains the infant room.

Great playing area. Train table is my son's favorite!

I refuse to return and will cancel my membership of this group because the facility is so awful. Other new members are now refusing to attend the meeting because the food and service is beyond disgusting and unfit to feed a dog. The price of $30.00 per person is outrageous. The bathroom (only two stalls for the women's room) backed up regularly and the staff refused to even look at the problem. Women had to use the men's for both sexes. The building is truly outdated. It's a safety hazard. My son got his arm caught in a ripped piece of netting that I think could absolutely choke a kid if they put their head through it or slipped and got caught in it. The slides dump out into other structures, the structures are empty and the firehouse has imagery of kids screaming and crying. One kid we were with was really afraid of it. Why have this at a kids place? Also, why no kids toilets or sinks? Every other indoor playground I've been to has them. This place had a lot of potential but ultimately a big disappointment. I hope they can make the necessary changes to make it safer!

Big mistake. I will not be coming back, and I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. It is filthy. Dust everywhere. The floors are dirty. Toys are broken. The whole place looks neglected and cheaply thrown together -- like they bought secondhand toys and just dumped them in a room. I wish I had taken more pictures, but with two toddlers running around, I was too busy making sure they didn't step on something or put something disgusting in their mouths. Most parents just sit and don't supervise their kids, which probably explains why this place doesn't have more honest reviews (because they don't actually go inside the play area). Don't waste your money. It's not worth risking your kids getting sick in a place that clearly isn't maintained or cleaned properly. I'm sure there is a health department that needs to be in charge of places like this needing to be kept clean. We were here for maybe 40 mins
