I've been here several times over the last 5 years and only recently had an odd experience. I love the variety of products in the store and was pleased to see that they had been moved to a larger space inside of the Factory at Franklin! When roaming the store, I would've loved to see more "Franklin" and local apparel - of course they have a good selection of items but I saw lots of "Brentwood" and "Columbia" items and not a lot of Franklin and Nashville which I think would be beneficial for them as they are in the Factory in Franklin. Usually love their young friendly staff but went earlier in the week and had an odd interaction with an older woman at the register who made a weird comment about my shirt. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing when trying to ring me up. Her colleague had to help her but I literally stood there for 30 minutes JUST TO BE CHECKED OUT. Anyways, usually have a good experience but they are going through change and im assuming they are experiencing some bumps here and there... Either way I will be back and love this little shop dearly.

We had been on the hunt, with no success, for "the perfect" engagement gift for a sweet couple, AND then we found The Heirloom Shop! We found the perfect gift, we saw the sweetest home decor and all things you just want to buy and gift and love. The staff and owners were amazing in communications and helping us secure our purchases since we were just visitors in town and in travel mode. The follow up was great in making sure all purchases made it home safely. I could not recommend this store more for all your personal, seasonal home decor and meaningful giftables.
