We actually like the food and atmosphere and have recommended this place to friends, especially on bingo night or karaoke night! It's a fun place. It was a somewhat disappointing experience. They have an interesting selection of cocktails, so I asked if they had any mocktails (non-alcoholic). They said they could make one of their menu drinks without the alcohol, but didn't have any real mocktail options. It wasn't a big deal, since I didn't expect them to, but would have been nice. A bigger disappointment was that diet Pepsi was their only diet drink. Oh well. Their menu indicated that their wings was one of the items that made them famous, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I got 8 wings for about $12, and I tried the fire (spicy buffalo) and firecracker (more sweet than hot). I'm afraid I didn't really like them. They use a cornmeal breading on their wings that I didn't really care for. Anyway, the interior is nice and the service was fine. I may go back to try some other menu items sometime. read more

This place was awesome! Not too many pubs in Utah, especially in Lehi, but the food here was awesome. We got a plate of wings and Irish nachos. It was all so good! The vibe was like a mixture of a bar and Buffalo Wild Wings with all the TVs plying sports. They had a juke box which I thought was pretty cool. It gave the place an interesting dynamic. A mixture of heavy metal and Britney Spears, not kidding those were back to back haha. I would easily go back for the Irish nachos, request extra cheese would be my recommendation. The food here has really gone downhill. Fried items are soaked with oil (fry oil temp too low). Burgers that are pink and cold in the middle. Easy fixes with some training. Service is always good, but this place has some of the most miserable bar tenders I've ever encountered although I haven't seen one of them in a while. They really seem to hate being there and it makes sitting at the bar uncomfortable. read more

Came in for a lunch. Rudely greeted by bartender amber who lacked any sort of customer service skills. Wasn't presented with a drink menu before asked what I wanted to drink. At the end of her shift I watched as she made her way around the bar and without asking if they wanted to check out with her, just shoved their *electronic* bill in front of them expecting them to close out their tab because her shift was over. Between 2 and 3 stars...mainly because of the service. Strap tank has worse service so 3 stars it is. Disclaimer- this is a UTAH thing as I had seen similar service at other UT bars and restaurants, strap tank for one.. I had nachos and a unita brewery beer, both very good. The service, borderline terrible. I went on a Thursday night after work. Hardly anyone else in here at 430pm. Met a group of coworkers, having a good bye for an ex coworker. Took 15 minutes to take my drink order...at a bar.. As usual for UT, getting checked on and drink reorders is also a chore...at a bar I think the Hospitality Training in ut is part of the problem. Get service like this at a bar out of this state, and people will just get up and leave. If it was busy then I get it but it was pretty empty. Had the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer- not too spicy and well done with a good dipping sauce. Ordered a spicy Bloody Mary, and it was AMAZING- bacon, olive, spiced rim, good consistency- I'll be back for this. Ordered steak tacos, only had room to eat one, but they were also very good. I had come to a different location months ago. My husband and I had our first night out without our little ones in well over a year. We have 2 small children at home. We went out for my birthday, which was something I was SO excited about. The bartender was clearly annoyed when my husband ordered a second drink. No one here is having fun. We had the worst experience at bout time yesterday. We went to watch March Madness and St. Patty's day and planned for a full day of food and drink. As a sports bar we expected to be able to listen to the games as we have always done in years past. We arrived at 2pm and right away we could tell the bar was short staffed. The was ok we figured it may get better its March Madness and St Patty day big drinking day right?? Unfortunately it didn't. When we arrived it was pretty slow and rap/disco music was play ok we can deal with it right? We asked the bartender multiple times can we listen to the games. Well he stated people are playing money to listen to music.. ok we get that. So we figured ok lets play some music we like. So we loaded up the music we enjoy and magically guess what the volume goes way down to the point you couldn't hear what we paid for. Once our music was done the volume magically goes back up. We we caught on to the game it was the bard tender controlling the music and the volume what kind of business does this??? Well it gets better we should have learned by 6pm still not being able to listen to the games we order dinner mind you after we ordered lunch earlier. 1 hour later cold food comes out after again asking the waitress how much longer for the food multiple times. I myself usually spend $50-100 every couple weeks at this location. How do you call yourself a sports bar and not play volume on one of the biggest sports days of the year and on top of that default your tip's to 25% which i have always gladdy paid in the past. Your bartenders are controlling what music is played. He basically lied to us telling us customers were loading up the music and could not turn on the game volumen as we watched him selecting songs on this phone. Really great food, large servings. I got the monte cristo and it literally fed me for three days it was delicious too and at a good price. Only reason I give 4 stars is they forgot my garlic fries and refills had to be asked for rather than provided by the waitress, who seemed fairly distracted with catching up with her coworkers. My mushroom Swiss burger was good but could have had more mushroom. The food and service was fine but the one thing that just threw me off was when they hand you the electronic bill to give a tip the waitress will stand right there next to you and wait for you to do it watching you is just horrible. And by default it goes to 30%. You have to choose anything less if that's what you want. this is really freaking stupid tipping has got out of hand with so many companies trying to do tips. And to have it be the default at 30% is just ridiculous.. I'll go back here but I'll definitely remember to not tip too well because of this. Yeah! Finally a nice, clean, fun pub in Lehi for adults! Great classic pub menu. Hand tossed pizzas and long list of appetizers. Had the giant fresh baked pretzel and it was just like Germany. Yummy food and drinks, fast service, karaoke once a week (now on Wednesday, ladies night), and a fun place to hang out. I ordered the garlic fries and they definitely do not skimp on the minced garlic, there's enough to make your breath stinky for the rest of the night LOL. They are very yummy though. For drinks I got all American lemonade (lemonade with vodka), Shirley Temple with coconut rum, junior mint shot, and a fireball shot since it's 5$ on Fridays. My favorite was the Shirley Temple. The junior mint shot is mint green and it's nice and smooth, it kind of tasted like a combination of a junior mint, an Andes mint, and mouthwash. Karaoke is free and lots of fun. Make sure to bring your ID because they will ask to see it at the door. We were not allowed to combine tables in the area that we were sitting, which was right by the karaoke machine, so we had to sit our party at two different tables. So if there are more than five people in your party you might want to sit in a different spot. But it's packed on Friday night and karaoke night so you might not have much choice. read more

Today i went back and a hostess restricted me the entrance because her argument was that i must have official US documents, otherwise i cannot enter and consume. The employees there have the worst attitudes. The last (and final) time I went there my server Brandi took our order and brought out my food pretty fast. However, our drinks and my friends food took quite some time and it wasn't even very busy - which is fine it happens. The thing I cannot look past, is when we were done eating we went outside to the smoke area and our server was sitting at the back table just hanging out with her friends (no big deal). We smoked and stood out there for about 10 mins and then my friend went in to pay the check. He came back out about 5 mins later saying he couldn't get anyone's attention to pay. I told him I would try. I went in and was trying to get a servers attention and was unable to. One stranger at the bar who saw me even commented "it's no use trying to get anyone's attention around here". I went back outside and our server was still sitting there messing around not paying us any mind. We really wanted to leave so my friend went in again to try and pay. About 2 mins go by and Brandi finally gets up and starts walking inside and as she is walking past me I say "hey, my friend and I have been trying to get and pay our check for like 20 mins now" and she kept walking and gave me a dirty look and said "umm no you haven't?" And walked inside. I was shocked at the disrespect. Later I found out when she went inside my friend said he was trying to get the check and she rudely said "yeah I know I am getting it." This is supposed to be a place of business. It was unprofessional of her to first of all be hanging out with her friends for over 20 mins without checking on her tables, but also to be sassy and rude when we bring it up. Which she could've been on a break but as a former server I know that if you go in a break you first need to give your tables their bills and ask if there is anything else you can get them and let them know you will be unavailable for however long. And the customer is always right so when they are frustrated by your actions, apologize and be respectful. A customer shouldn't have to hunt you down and beg to pay their bill. It's your responsibility to SERVE people when you are their SERVER. read more
