    Wasatch Nachos

Unbeatable location with a gorgeous view of Alta. We ordered the Wasatch Nacjos after completing a mountain bike ride. The portion was generous. The nachos include beef brisket, queso, and fresh tomatoes and onion. They were delicious. Service was a tad slow, but friendly and helpful. I will go back.

Summer visit to The Gulch: we stopped for lunch after a delightful hike to Cecret Lake. The mood of this "pub" was laid back and welcoming. Servers were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had lunch sitting outside with their terrific view of the Alta ski runs and slopes. Our food was just what it should be: tasty, filling, and fresh. I found the bison chili terrific. My wife is gluten intolerant and they serve a gluten free roll with, in our case, the grilled chicken sandwich. Really good fries, the pretzel is fun, and they have delicious mocktails. Prices suitable for a resort.

We went down for some drinks after dinner and ordered a nacho as well (not pictured). The drinks were so pretty and were pretty good. The nachos were delicious and definitely hit the spot. There was buffalo chili on top and that had a little kick to it but it was still amazing. We sat near the bar area and it was nice and cozy. Overall, it was nice to just go and hang out.

We got tortilla chips with our burgers. Our server apologized and took them off our bill. Worst meal I've eaten out in years.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Food was disgusting, service was 1.5/10. Just wish they had told us when they seated us that they were bad at this. Don't bother eating here. Snowpine hotel is amazing! I had a burger which took an hour to arrive and was gross and a Caesar salad that had sun dried tomatoes in it. Seriously, don't eat here.

We were staying in Snowbird for a week, a working vacation so I had my office set up so that I could still do business. We were informed the power was going to go down in all of Snowbird for repairs. The city of Alta recommended coming here so that I could have power and wifi access to keep working. I called the hotel to confirm access and the gal at the front desk was gracious. Logan was a our bartender and was very hospitable. Great selection of beers and they had a small bites menu. Had the Snowpine burger. Awesome food. Great view as well. Will probably stay here at the Snowpine Lodge our next time up. Friendly atmosphere and met some cool locals.

Idk, this place not really operating high level with either the food, yes it's a pub, nor with the drinks, yes its a pub, ie the pizza, tacos, drinks were average at best

What a gem of a find. Usually, there is little to choose from when it's off season, but my group asked around and we were directed to a little handwritten sign (the resort was still being finished) pointing inside. So glad we didn't drive on by. The resort is a beautifully designed traditional ski lodge and nestled in the middle is this treasure, complete with fireplaces and a mounted moose. Drinks were top notch (bartender was local and a great conversationalist about the area), the food was creatively prepared and delicious, and the views of the mountains and slopes were great. Really wishing these guys well and looking forward to my next visit out here!

We stayed at Snowpine Lodge and had dinner at The Gulch Pub. We have young kids so we had to sit outside of the bar. We had a nice table by the fireplace which was quiet with a good view. The staff were very friendly and checked on us often. COVID safety measures were in place. The food was good and decently priced. My husband and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was filling but could have had some richer flavors. I just wanted a little more as far as taste goes. Overall, it was a good experience and because we were guests we were able to put the charge on our tab which was convenient!

They have something like 10 taps, lots of it is pretty nice craft beer. On Tuesdays, it's only $2! Apparently they have been offering this deal for decades! What's the catch? They are operating as a restaurant so in Utah, you are required to order food with your drinks. They do have some cheaper food options and the servers are very cool with you sharing food. I recommend getting a pizza to share! As far as the food is concerned, it's your pretty standard bar/pub food but a little bit more upscale. So, it's a good spot if you're looking for something that everyone will enjoy. Their pizzas are popular and very reasonably priced. Porcupine is also a great location for post mountain activities and right along multiple trail routes. I frequently find myself here after an intense outdoor activity, looking for air conditioning and good food. The nice thing about them operating as a restaurant is that it's kid friendly! They also have a really nice patio with a beautiful view! See you there on Tuesday!

His attitude noticeably changed after that, which immediately made us uncomfortable. We asked to share an appetizer and a meal, and it felt like we were being judged for it. Hospitality should never depend on how much you're spending or what you order.

I knew from the parking lot this place was a winner. Once inside, it had a welcoming atmosphere and people inside were all having a good time. This brewery features Lager Beers crafted using traditional Bavarian/European methods...thus I had to try one...two...maybe more. Luckily there was a ton of delicious looking food on the menu from the expected pizzas and wings to the old world treats like beef stroganoff, goulash and schnitzal. Everything is made from scratch and I couldn't help looking at all the neighboring tables to get an idea of what to try. Our waitress Ashley was really helpful and checked if the pesto was made with nuts as we have peanut and tree nut allergies in our family. Luckily there were no pine nuts or other substitutes and we could safely have it! We ended up getting quite a feast of plates and then topped it off with two desserts- the bread pudding and the German chocolate cake (couldn't come to a family agreement so had to get both!). Thanks Bohemian Brewery for the excellent time!

We had the pork shank and the chicken schnitzel. The pork shank came with spatzle and red cabbage-excellent dish. The chicken schnitzel was pretty good. It had a fresh taste to it and even a little lemon-y, which didn't make the fried cutlet taste too rich. It came with mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies. The veggies were your basic steamed veggies, but the dish was overall good. Service was great-server was attentive and the manager came around as well to check on us. I think it would be fun to come here for Oktoberfest, since the inside has a good ambiance.

My family stayed down the street at the HGI in Sandy for 5 nights for my son's soccer tournament and we visited Slackwater 3 times. Pro tip: join the waitlist on Yelp! Even during the week, the wait was 30+ mins each time. Food was great. We tried a lot of different pizzas - we got the Chicken Bro-Do, Hot Honey DP, Tikka Masala, Taco Camarones and Margherita. The airy artisan crust is the same on all pizzas and is delicious. I would recommend them all outside of the Camarones which felt a bit underwhelming as there was very little shrimp and flavor was flat. The Citrus Morita dry rub wings are incredible. We ordered these every night. The Morita chile sauce I would throw on everything. Super fresh and flavorful. It had the right amount of heat . The breadsticks are really good. Same bread that they use for the pizza and stuffed with a ton of cheese. Marinara sauce that comes with it is top notch. The Diablo sticks are spicy just to be spicy. The sauce isn't good. We switched to regular marinara. Would recommend staying away from these. Service is great. Everyone is very attentive. The staff definitely give off a chill energy but are focused, alert and friendly. This place is a must if you're in the area. Hope we can make it back someday.

It is the crust that makes this pizza. It is a little sweet but not in a dessert way. It has the perfect chewy bite. I was impressed. I never eat pizza crust, not ever, but it was good enough that my dogs didn't get their usual crust treat. We tried 4 different pizzas and I would recommend any of them.

They were not; they were actually 50% or more higher at the restaurant. The hamburger that was showing on Yelp for $15 was actually $22. The Steak Frites advertised for $22 were $35. I understand inflation, but this was a gross enough difference that it borders on deception, in my opinion. I also had a bad experience with my food: I ordered a cup of their chili (which they claim is made from scratch, on-site) and it was brought to the table cold. Like, "right out of a can" cold. Kelsi, our fantastic server, returned it to the kitchen where (I presume) they nuked it and brought it back. It was heated, but not very tasty. Flat; under-seasoned; mushy textured. Definitely something I'd never order again. Many reviews say the atmosphere is "loud" but what they mean is, it's "LOUD". We were seated inside, and it was nearly impossible for the three of us to converse. The acoustics are not great. Enough cons; how about some pros? My burger was FANTASTIC! piled high with caramelized onions and pastrami, but beef patty tasted like it'd just come off a charcoal grill. Terrific flavor in every bite. (The parmesan fries were tasty, too, but a little on the soggy side.) My dining partners each had a salad (one 'wedge' and one 'beetroot') and both were well-prepared and generously portioned. And, finally, the staff, the location, the vibe: All really first-rate. I'll probably come back, if I ever recover from the bait'n'switch sticker shock. (But I'll steer clear of the chili and opt to dine on the patio, if that's available!)
