This place kinda blew my mind over the weekend! There's some cute stuff here for a really good price. Two of the staff members were really helpful as well. I really wanted to give this place 2 stars because of these things but my experience with the manager was just crazy. This woman was beyond rude and she was just plain ridiculous. I came in and bought a few outfits I noticed that I was charged $5.99 for a ring that was MARKED on the box $1.99. So small right? No big deal. I came right back in and spoke the sales woman and politely told her the situation. She clearly saw the product was marked wrong. So she got the girl who rang me up. This girl was pretty defensive about this situation and said "Sorry. No returns. You can exchange it for another item in the store." I told her, "But the item is marked incorrectly. I get that it might be a misunderstanding but the price is wrong on the box." She was ticked off and called her manager over. The manager (older Asian woman) was immediately defensive coming up to me. She was just crazy angry and stated "No refund. It's $5.99. It's obvious that is the price" I showed her the box with the wrong price. She then got a box from a drawer behind the desk and said, "SEE this is the right price." Really??? Forgive me...my xray vision isn't working today. She then proceeded to try to insult me, "No refund! You so picky!" There's no reasoning with crazy so I replied calmly "No problem. I'll just take a picture" She said, "Take a picture of this one" (The now correctly priced box). I told her no....I will take a picture of how it originally was."
