Got really detailed and patiently done gel pedi and regular mani. Techs took their time to provide service. They offer early bird 10% discount on weekdays from open to 2pm so that was good surprise and if you sign up for rewards you earn points. They also offer cocktails but don't have much expectations from it. Clean space and lots and lots of nail color options. I made an impromptu midweek appointment and was able to get in right away. The salon had a cool fancy decor with the cutest holiday tree. Ana took care of me and gave me a nice pampering pedi. I couldn't find an exact holiday color with glitter so we went with a close glossy cranberry tone and then added a light glitter coat to top it off. It came out perfectly! I came on valentine's day morning, they were ready and waiting. The place is so clean, staff is very kind, friendly and accommodating. I got a deluxe pedicure and my nail tech was so gentle and made sure to tackle every part of my feet without making me uncomfortable. They never pressured me to leave a review and the gel nail, even though i had really short toenails, i requested, was french tip and she did an immaculate job. read more

I have only been here a few times. Trying to find a new place to have my nails done at a place where I didn't have to wait for 1-2 hours for a nail tech. I thought I had found it. My first time there, my nails started lifting, so I went in rather quickly to have it fixed, I had an event to go to. My second time, I had a nail pop completely off, it was close to 2 weeks, so I went in again. My 3rd time, and my last time, I went in and 1.5 weeks later I noticed the pink part of the nail was starting to turn dark purple. A couple of others were starting to turn too. I thought maybe it was the powder product. Today, my nail popped off, whole, not in pieces. I noticed this very dark green huge spot on my nail. The under side of the popped off nail was also discolored. The nail next to it was also loose, so I popped it off also to find the same issue and discoloration. I went to the salon today, and they were closed. I could not allow this continue on my other nails that were starting to discolor. I went to Sally's and bought a nail remover and fungus fighter. Is it unclean tools? Is it an application without the fungus part of the process? I'm not sure of the cause, but no set had been perfect. I won't be back. read more

I have visited this place two times prior to my visit today and I was very satisfied. However I called in to make two appointments at 3:30, arrived at 3:15 and we weren't seated until 3:45. When we put our feet in the water it was cold and no one greeted us until 4:00. The woman that was attending to my friend was timid and didn't even speak nor scrub hard enough to have a decent pedicure. After about 15 more minutes of waiting and I was never helped (4:15) I got up and told them we were leaving....No one tried to consult us or encourage us to stay, nor did anyone apologize for the poor service.. After this horrible experience I will never come back to Boutique Nail Bar again. So I visited this place on Sunday 8/2. I posted a review and somehow it's not here anymore?? I was trying out a new place, because my Go-To place is much bigger and services a larger crowd. Personally, I am trying to reduce my interaction with larger crowds during this pandemic. I was able to walk right in and sit down for an SNS manicure. Half way through the manicure, I knew I wasn't going to be very happy with the end result. Being able to rewrite the review will allow me to add a 4th point I forgot about with the initial post. I do not have a history of complaining or sabotaging a venue and actually first sought to remedy this with the owner via an email address I found on this Yelp account. I have not had any response from the company unfortunately. Here are the issues I have with the service... 1) The color I chose did not quite match the color put on my nails. Truthfully, not a deal breaker, but it is a truth. 2) The color did not cover the entire nail bed, making my manicure look 4-5 days old as I walked out of the salon. 3) The SNS was piled on pretty thick on some of my nails, which makes the grow out look funny. I appreciate a more natural looking nail. And 4) My old SNS color was not taken off the nails fully, only painted over. I can see the layer of the former pink between my actual nail and the new color. I haven't ever had this before. read more

Never again will I go there. First and last. My nails lasted 1 week. My pedicure had all kinds of lumps and humps. They charge a extra $5 to scrub your feet. Unheard of. What's the purpose of a pedicure? I paid over $70 for a pedicure. I have never spent that much. It was more than my nails. $150 wasted. I was given all of the SNS colors and I showed Michelle (I believe that was her name) a picture of what I wanted. I got a drink and we got going! I love how the SNS doesn't feel clumped on my nail, Michelle took her time and did not rush even though a few customers came in after me, she asked me what I thought multiple times before committing all the way without consult, and just the general friendliness in the room. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, instead of 5, is because when she was filing my nail she got too close to the skin and cut me and one of my pinky nails was not filed evenly with the rest. read more

So I will still be coming back here but a few things I won't be doing - I won't bother making an appointment. We made an appointment for 12:30 today and it was almost 1pm by the time we got our pedicures started...so I don't see the point of making the appointment if it wasn't going to be honored. Also I would not bother with the organic pedicure which was $50 instead of the $38 deluxe. I did not get what they described, there was no milk bath or orange slices...I am also not sure I got the correct products because they did not ask what I wanted, I think I got lavender but that isn't what I would have picked but the girl didn't speak any English so I wasn't going to bother wasting time trying to explain to her that. I tried to tell her I didn't think i got the organic pedicure but she said you got everything and i just wanted to be on my way at that point. I also most definitely did not get a 16 minute massage. We also asked for wine and she didn't get it to us. So they are very inconsistent with service and it took forever to get someone's attention to pay. Might be better to go during the week. read more

With COVID, I'm straying from my tried and true spot because they are much bigger and service many more people at a time. I tried Boutique Nail Bar. I was able to walk right in, get screened and sit down for an SNS manicure. Midway through I realized that I was going to be disappointed in the manicure. The color I selected vs. what was put on my nails was off. The nail technician did not get to the cuticle of the nail bed on my nails, so my manicure already looked a couple of days old as I was paying for it. Three, the technician layered the SNS very thick on a few of my nails. And four, I attempted to reach out to them via the email address provided here on Yelp with no response. read more

After getting a new set post quarantine at another salon I was less than satisfied. So when it came time to get a fill I decided to give Boutique Nail Spa a try and I am so glad I did!! The one before picture is the only one I could find in my phone but I think you get the picture. I am so happy with my new nails. I came here after going to another salon first and am so glad I did! The salon is very cute and I love the high-end look of the design/details. Everyone is so friendly too - even if they're not working with you, they'll say hi and ask how you're doing. I absolutely LOVE Annie. Despite the 3 1/2 star review, I tried this place out based on a friends recommendation. I was excited to see that I would get 20% off being a first time customer. I was promptly greeted, sat and tended to which was great. I had an appointment but showed up early, and they weren't too busy. My nail technician was very sweet. She did a great job! However, I paid for the Deluxe Pedicure which is $10 more than their original pedi. ($38 vs. $28) It included a 15 min massage and a stone massage. I looked at my watch when she began the massages Bc I was curious if they would honor the times they printed in their menu. Low and behold, I was only massaged for a total of 7 minutes. Massages always have and always will be my favorite part of a pedi...especially if I'm gonna pay $10 more to get a longer one! That was kind of a let down. Upon leaving, when I tried to redeem my 20% off first time customer coupon, my technician looked very confused, so she walked my phone over to the (what I think was the) manager and showed her. I immediately got a "You can't use that" response. What?? We went back for forth for a few minutes as to why she could not redeem it. That is NOT customer service. I do not care if it's "old" or "not during the special time" or from a "previous owner." It's currently on your page and I would expect it, from any business, to be honored. She eventually caved because I'm sure she could tell I wasn't pleased and wouldn't be leaving until I got my discount. They did nice work. I came in here for an hour and a half of "me time" free from mommy duties and I couldn't be happier I chose this salon! I originally had an appointment at noon but my time freed up so I went in to see if they could squeeze me in and they did! No issues whatsoever :) I was taken care of by Dao who was so sweet and has the attention to detail I crave when I get my nails done. I used to come here all the time but ended up going to another salon that was a tad easier to get to. I went back today since I needed to hit H‑E‑B up and now I remember why I stopped coming. I got the volcano pedicure which included a 25 minute massage. My massage ended up being only 4 minutes. The entire pedicure was maybe 40 minutes. The polish was globbed on and the edges not cleaned up. I ended up asking them to repaint and it was still bad. They did do a good job with callus removal, but over all it was disheartening and I probably won't be returning. Not worth spending money to upgrade and pamper yourself when the integrity isn't there and they don't follow through with their service descriptions. read more

I got SNS nails and the lady *I didn't catch her name* rushed threw them very fast. All the nails on my left hand were quite a bit longer than the nails on the right.
