Super pricey! Got the most expensive pedicure. She rushed my whole pedicure, was super aggressive while handling my feet. I turned on the chair for maybe 4 mins and asked me to turn it off. I was in pain, I was rushed, and then on top,they super charged me. I'm never going here again . She even pointed at the receipt that I should tip her at the end. I usually get SNS nails at Simply Natural Nails in Chandler, but I wasn't able to make it down there in time for a vacation. My boss had come here for an sns mani and said it was good, so I gave them a shot. My manicure/pedicure took almost 2 1/2 hours. I appreciate being pampered, but it was just slow. They took off my old sns with cotton wrapped around my fibers in foil, and then put a glove on my hand and rubber and on my wrist to keep the heat in. I had a broken nail that was a little shorter than my other nails, so I asked her to even them out. She ended up cutting all of my nails off totally, even tho the broken one wasn't that short, she just kept cutting and cutting. Also, she used the machine to file down my nails. I know this is a no no but I wanted to trust her. Then after applying the sns she put on a gel coat, but didn't use the UV light, she just told me it'd be dry in a minute or two. When I was done my nails looked okay, but around the edges they were bumpy and the finish wasn't very smooth. I figured it'd look better in a day or so. Fast forward 24 hours, and both of my big toes were already chipped, and I did nothing to make this happen. The finish never smoothed our like I was hoping. The sns didn't even last 2 full weeks. Usually for me it lasts 4+. Now that the sns is off, my nails are raw underneath. Really jagged and unhealthy. When she took off the old sns my nails were really healthy and long underneath. I can't get my nails done for awhile now because I'm afraid of anyone filing anything off. My nails are really weak and brittle and look terrible. Also, all of the skin on my fingers peeled due to the process they used to remove my sns. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the girl that helped me was sweet and the place was clean and used sanitary utensils. I will not go back. My boss' nails are the same and she will not go back either. We had different nail techs too. Sounds like the salon needs some training. read more

First time at this nail spa, my friend who is a regular here took me today so we could have a relaxing time. However that was not the case we walked in she asked for 2 pedicures the lady said yeah if you dont mind waiting 30 mins. We didn't mind waiting 30 minutes. As we were waiting 2 other girls walk in and also asked for 2 pedicures and the lady tells them 2 hr wait and they write their name in a book to come back at 5. 30 min pass by then an hour. My friend and I are wondering whats going on other people are going ahead of us. So she asks how much longer and the lady tells her another 30-40 min so my friend says ok we're going down the plaza to see how long their wait is. As we are leaving one of the customers starts yelling at my friend "she's doing the best she can!" Oook... your yelling at her because we were lied to that our wait would be 30 min we waited an hour already and you're telling us another 30-40 min. and we want to see what the other waits are. First of all mind your business, is this your shop do you own it are we paying you? Nope!!!‍ Second of all the shop owner should have no let that lady talk to another customer that way! And lied about the wait time if she would have said its going to be 2 hrs cool we'll come back put us on a list but no she said 30 min! This nail salon is right around the corner from my house which is very convenient. There normally isn't a wait when I come in which is nice. They were really nice and did a good pedicure... But my manicure is terrible. Not cleaned up around them and they didn't use a fast dry coat. They don't carry the fast dry spray either, who has all day to spend waiting for there nails to dry. They also didn't keep pumice stones for your feet only the metal option. Owner started arguing with me. She was so fast if I would have let her continue it would have been a 20 minute pedicure. I've had my nails done twice at Boutique Nails. The first time my nails were ok so I thought I'd try them again. This was last Friday, July 2, 2021. I didn't have an appointment but was willing to wait. After a long wait I had a gel manicure and pedi done. I wasn't thrilled with my nails because the polish had areas that were not covered well but I don't say anything. Tuesday I went out of town and noticed my nails had all kinds of cracks and chips on the tips. I have had my nails done for 20+ years and have never experienced this. i got back in town after their business hours on Wednesday and Thursday went and asked for them to be redone. The nail tech who did them and whom I believe is the manager was unwilling to redo them. She only offered to put another coat of the polish on my chipped up nails. so After paying 40+ dollars plus tip in less than 1 week, I have to go pay someone else to redo them. I'm very disappointed in their device at Boutique Nails and will not be recommending them or returning. read more

This was my first time getting my piggies worked on, so I didn't know what to expect. My girlfriend and I showed up to the place 10 minutes before the place was scheduled to open. We still weee seated and worked on right away. The customer service was excellent, they had a great tv they kept me and her entertained. No bad smells and the decor was very soothing and welcoming. My girlfriend says the prices were fair based in it's location, maybe a dollar or two more than normal. . But for what we received it was definitely worth it. Oh and I forgot the massage chairs! !! Absolutely terrible customer service!! It was empty, just myself and one other customer. The girls were nice but whoever the man is that works there is very very rude. As I was getting a quick pedicure, I was reading their menu. For some reason he took it away for me as I was in the middle of reading it and put it on the seat next to me?!? Nearing towards the end of my pedicure I asked if I could have a design done and he stated and I quote " you should have told us that earlier"!! At that moment I should have left but I didn't I needed my Polish changed. He kept turning around to watch whatever violent movie was playing on TV that nobody like and just completely ignoring me and not paying attention. This place is horrible. Don't even bother making an appointment because apparently they have no idea what appointment means. My friend and I were on our lunch break and they took her right away, but I was still waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time. When they finally were able to take me, I told them never mind because I didn't have enough time..they pressured me to still get my nails done and promised they would have everything done by the time I needed to leave.. Instead, I left there with my previous gel nails off (which I would have rather still had those on) and had to pay $17!!!! Apparently getting gel nails removed is $5 and then having them file the nail to make it smooth again is considered a manicure. I didn't get a hand massage or nail polish on my nails, so I am not sure how that is considered a manicure, but the owner did not budge the price when I tried explaining this to him. Worst salon ever!!! I went here to get a fill and a few days later came back because had broke a nail already! My nails were already chipping also! The guy asked who did my nails so i told him then he looked at my nails and said we don't have this color here. I was like really? I got my nails done here why would i lie?! I tried to pick out the color and for some reason couldn't find it so he basically thought i didn't get them done here and the lady didn't remember me. So he fixed the broken nail and did a crappy job on painting another coat with different polish. He was gonna charge me ten because he didn't believe me so i had to show him from my bank account online since i didn't have the receipt that i had gone here. Then he was like oh yea your right!
