Two days later I went in again and the back part of the store was abuzz with everyone knitting and laughing together. What a delightful place! To whomever was responsible for that SHAME ON YOU. Thankfully, these tactics did not work and I am now able to continue to live my own true authentic life as I please without interference from this type of bullying, which is a great relief. Thank you Jon R. for pointing all this out to me. You were very brave and didn't deserve to be silenced by the algorithm. I'll be doing everything in my power to reverse that decision. Potential consumers, PLEASE do your research and don't fall for this imitation snake oil act. The FTC should look into this place and their shady practices. Makes sense that they try to hide growing negative sentiment from the knitting community by having multiple Yelp profiles . Terrible service, extremely rude management selling low quality fibers masquerading as a luxury brand. Similar to a knockoff handbag, so if that's your aim then you're in luck. Otherwise, just steer clear of these shysters.
