I have slowed down since then but still do some chair caning. To that end , I purchased 1 bunch of narrow medium cane Sept 2012 order # 358559. Price with shipping was $43.70. The cane was not the usual good quality I was used to from your store. Many strands were unusable & all had the black break mark. I called about it & talked to Ray the owner. That's what I was told. He said he could not discount that order, but would give me a discount on my next order. I just got my next order dated 9/28 Inv 752360, acct # 012696. I explained to the salesperson what Ray had told me about a discount. The cost was not discounted & actually went up $47.90. (same cane) I know times are not the same now as back in the 80's, but I do expect to be able to take HH Perkins at their word. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. R Hull
