When I was checking in today I tried to give my 150 and they told me I couldn't get seen and I had to go talk to Alondra the person who takes payment because if I didn't finish paying off my 347 I owed I wasn't gonna be able to get seen. which to me is odd because I'm still not even finish with my treatment. It's very unprofessional that Alondra or the doctors wants me to pay 347 when I'm not even close to be done with my treatment. Saying I can't be seen if I don't finish paying off my treatment when I'm not even close to being done. I tried to ask how much longer was my treatment plan she told me I had to talk to doctor. The office never informed me of this and continued to say they were "waiting on the VA." I also called about a cracked bridge and was told I would get a call back. Three days later, nothing. When I followed up, I was told the same thing again with no answers. Staff become dismissive and short when you ask questions, and no one takes accountability. It feels like they don't want to deal with VA patients, and the lack of communication has delayed my care for months.
