We've read about these places and finally have time to visit. You get your choice of a bowl or wrap, they have vegetable or protein signature creations or you could opt to build your own. They supply a decent variety, so you can satisfy the most finicky of palates. With the help of the lovely Anna, I constructed my own personalized Steak bowl and Mrs. E. chose the Chicken. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I wish I knew they had such large portions, we could've split a bowl. Guess I have leftovers for tomorrow. I wonder how all these ingredients will "marry" together overnight? The cost seemed high until I saw the quantity. It's actually a very good product to cost ratio. Fair warning, most of the ingredients fall on the healthy side. If you're a junk food junkie, this isn't the place for you. I love the easy ones. Got a grilled salmon bowl recently. My small bowl: hummus, quinoa, beets, Kalamata olives, tomato, cucumber, avocado and the grilled salmon with a vinaigrette. The salmon was maybe reheated, as it was partly cold and partly warm. It wasn't bad overall. The tomatoes are good, except they are not bite sized; maybe cut them in half). This restaurant is basically a Middle Eastern version of Chipotle but on a smaller scale. I love when places offer a variety of customizable ingredient options to cater to your dietary needs. I got a bowl with cauliflower rice, chicken, and plenty of vegetables to make it keto friendly. I highly recommend the pesto hummus for your base. At the end of the day it is delicious, but you'll end up spending almost $20 on just the bowl (nothing else). It's a bit steep and makes you wonder why people don't want to eat healthy when they can get a burger and fries with a drink for less money at other places. read more

I loved this place. First, they actually list the nutrition and Macros on their bowls. Second, you can customize them. I had actually found this place during a Yelp Elite event in the same plaza and picked up a menu. I struggle to eat salads without some starch and these have the rice pilaf in them. The Chicken was tender and white meat. It looks like it is marinated which is a big plus for me. I'm picky on meat. They also have salmon and other lean proteins. So impressed with this place! Fresh healthy food that you don't have to wait long for and at a great price. I choose to build my own bowl and was able to add everything that I wanted. Their selection of toppings and sauces was so impressive. Everything was so so so fresh tasting, there's no way you can leave here unsatisfied! If you're not sure what to order they have curated bowls you can select from. My bowl was such a great portion I was able to take some of it home. This is dangerously close to home, I know I'll be back again and again (most likely tomorrow). NOT SAFE FOR INTOLERANCES. I have a mild gluten and dairy allergy. I ordered a chicken bowl thinking the chicken itself would be safe--nope, flour. But I didn't mention it when I ordered so we went back and got another bowl (this time with steak) after a long phone call confirming that everything in the new order was gluten and dairy free. They were NOT knowledgeable off hand, and we had to ask multiple times for them to find out if certain items were in fact gluten free. Finally, my fiancé picked up the order, and the service person confirmed finally that everything was 100% gluten and dairy free. Nope. In the quinoa they had mixed in couscous, which is wheat based. They are incompetent as to what they are serving and need to take a serious look at ingredients and how they handle those with intolerances. It would be incredibly easy for them to label their menu and make things more accessible for all. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food was truly delicious-- but I was picking around couscous though the entire time. Definitely NOT celiac safe. Do better. read more
