We celebrated a 15th birthday here recently. Initially, I tried to call and email them. I had a few questions that I needed answered which the website couldn't provide. That resulted with no response so I was a bit hesitant. In the end, we were pressed for time so I booked online. Booking for a party of 12 and choosing the food was pretty straightforward. A week later and it's time for the birthday party. Again, I never got a response back from them other than the usual email confirmation of my event time and type. We arrive 15mins before our event and check in. They introduce us to Imane (forgive me if I misspelled it) as our coordinator. She was so nice and so friendly that I totally forgot about the skeptism that I had. She explained to us what to expect as far as bowling time, food and beverages and the arcade. She also introduced us to Efrem (again, I apologize if I misspelled it), one of the managers. We had a great conversation with him about everything. He made sure that we have everything we needed. As for the presentation.. it was more than what I expected. Chicken tenders, pizza, fries and funnel cake fries were pretty standard fare.. and 4 choices of beverages too! But they were presented so well and kept warm in chafing dishes. They had our boy's name in lights and had a full size bowling pin (to be signed) as a present for him! Great touch. Imane checked on us regularly to make sure we're not running out of anything.. and we didn't. The only thing we added were chicken wings and they were excellent as well. Overall we had an excellent experience. My initial skeptism was replaced with satisfaction. I think that we had a good value for what we paid. We all had a great time bowling and the kids enjoyed the arcade. It was a successful 15th Birthday party with much thanks to Imane, Efrem, and all the staff who made it happen. read more

I was disappointed with my experience with one of the younger male employees. I politely explained that I have a disability and asked if I could be seated closer to the restrooms. He seemed hesitant to accommodate my request and had to ask his manager, who came over and immediately approved it without any issue. I really appreciated her understanding and professionalism. Another thing that stood out was that he repeatedly checked my cousin's $100 bill, which felt excessive and made us uncomfortable. I understand that employees may need to verify large bills, but the way it was handled didn't leave us feeling valued as customers. I appreciate the manager for resolving the seating request quickly, but I hope all employees receive additional training on customer service, especially when it comes to accommodating guests with disabilities and interacting with customers respectfully. read more

Came here for a high school basketball end of the season party. We pre booked the party which was an easy process. The boys and us parents had a good time. We came on a Saturday mid afternoon The bowling alley staff seem to be nice and accommodating. The boys had a fun time bowling. The bar was nice. For the price of the drinks they were light on the alcohol so I only bought one. I had the chicken wings and fries they were well seasoned but a little small for 25.00. This bowling alley is right smack in the middle between South Shore Center and Alameda Beach. There's plenty of parking, and when we came in at 11am on a Saturday, plenty of open lanes. We used a Groupon to pay for our 2 hours of games and shoe rentals. When our group worked up an appetite, ordering a pizza from the comfort of our lane without having to flag anyone down was great. They've got an expansive arcade and a few claw machines here, complete with a bar and bar food. It's a great place for big group gatherings including birthdays! read more

Came here on a Friday night for a family night out! It was a bit late but plenty of time to play, eat, and bowl. My bf, his daughter, and I were all super excited to come and have some fun! It's our first time here so we didn't know what to expect really. We decided to only play 1 round since it takes a while to just finish 1. I love the food truck they have it's really cool and fun to see. Their food was pretty good and filled me up pretty quickly. While we ate while we played a round of bowling and afterwards we went to play at the arcade. We took pictures at the photo booth like we always do! It's kind of our thing to always take a picture at the Photo Booth just to look back at the past and remember the good old times. Came here on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised. The facility is clean and the staffs were attentive and helpful. The arcade is well sized with lots of options although I do wish there were more picks for little kids. My toddler needed my assistance to pick him up and participate in most of them so I would say the arcade is definitely more for taller kids beyond age 5-6 years old. The bowling pricing is also very reasonable with lots of deals to choose from. We were able to capitalize on the unlimited bowling and shoe rental for $18.99 per person from 11am to close! This is our first visit so I wasn't sure what to expect but our family had an amazing time. Will definitely be returning! read more

We came here to celebrate my auntie's heavenly birthday. Front desk+ food service was truly amazing and top tier customer service for my family and I. The reason I gave it a two star simply because of the bartender Sam. We were a larger party ordering 35+ drinks and every time we went for a round we all talked about how we didn't like Sam's attitude and how he could be a little friendlier. Being a bar tender is supposed to be fun and you're lightening up the mood but that was the total opposite. We found ourselves being overly nice trying to kill him with kindness and he still had the same demeanor like he didn't want to be there. We're here celebrating my aunts heavenly birthday! The front plus food service was amazing, friendly and respectful staff and quick business! Very professional, highly recommended if your looking for a fun family spot with kids. Sam the bartender however was not a people person. We had a huge party taking 5 lanes and we ordered 35+ drink through the night and every time someone came back from getting a drink we all discussed how unfriendly he was to us all. He definitely didn't seem like he wanted to be there or appreciate the fact that we were going multiple times to the bar tipping each time. We were discouraged from getting drinks after the 5th time of getting the same unfriendly service from him and like I said we had 35+ drinks to start in our party 90% of them being 21+ drinking. The Good, clean bowling Alley, good food and arcades, BUT the price of a game blew my socks off, I see reports of 2-4 people renting a Lane for an hour for a hundred or hundreds of dollars, back in my 80's league heyday I would practice all over the bay area for $1.50 a game with serious bowlers, Saturday Morning ABC Bowling finals were on TV,we'd watch the Greats clash for 1st place then meet at a bowling alley, i had a 190 average, those days like everything else are Gone. read more
