My husband and I came to Lucky Strike on a Friday night for a date night, and we had a really great time! We were surprised that it wasn't very busy, so there were plenty of lanes available without much of a wait. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout the night, and the entire facility was clean and well maintained. They also have a pretty large arcade section and a full bar, so there's plenty to do beyond just bowling. We ordered one of the fishbowl-style margaritas to share, but it barely tasted like it had any alcohol. We ended up ordering a second one and still didn't really feel much, which was a little disappointing. As for the food, it was definitely better than your typical bowling alley food, but nothing that really stood out. We accidentally ordered the mozzarella bites instead of mozzarella sticks because we didn't read the menu carefully--that was totally on us! The bites were actually tasty, just not what we were expecting. The lemon pepper boneless wings were a bit too salty for our taste and were drier than we had hoped. The fries were exactly what you'd expect, good, classic fries. The best part of the night was the bowling itself. We managed to squeeze in about eight games in two hours, so we definitely felt like we got our money's worth! Overall, we had a fun experience and would absolutely come back, whether it's for another date night or to celebrate a birthday with friends. I was disappointed with my experience with one of the younger male employees. I politely explained that I have a disability and asked if I could be seated closer to the restrooms. He seemed hesitant to accommodate my request and had to ask his manager, who came over and immediately approved it without any issue. I really appreciated her understanding and professionalism. Another thing that stood out was that he repeatedly checked my cousin's $100 bill, which felt excessive and made us uncomfortable. I understand that employees may need to verify large bills, but the way it was handled didn't leave us feeling valued as customers. I appreciate the manager for resolving the seating request quickly, but I hope all employees receive additional training on customer service, especially when it comes to accommodating guests with disabilities and interacting with customers respectfully. read more

Came here for a high school basketball end of the season party. We pre booked the party which was an easy process. The boys and us parents had a good time. Drove 45minutes to check out the Alley and bowl a couple games with our summer pass. Literally 10minutes after 4pm and employees at the counter said we couldn't use it. We have always used the passes at our Bowling Alley after 4. We didn't realize that each Alley has their own rules. That is completely our fault we didn't realize the times. Everyone who was working was great and very polite. You think maybe they could have honored the passes since we was barely pass their cutoff time. Hey the arcade has plenty of games. Came here on a Friday night for a family night out! It was a bit late but plenty of time to play, eat, and bowl. My bf, his daughter, and I were all super excited to come and have some fun! It's our first time here so we didn't know what to expect really. We decided to only play 1 round since it takes a while to just finish 1. I love the food truck they have it's really cool and fun to see. Their food was pretty good and filled me up pretty quickly. While we ate while we played a round of bowling and afterwards we went to play at the arcade. We took pictures at the photo booth like we always do! It's kind of our thing to always take a picture at the Photo Booth just to look back at the past and remember the good old times. This bowling alley is right smack in the middle between South Shore Center and Alameda Beach. There's plenty of parking, and when we came in at 11am on a Saturday, plenty of open lanes. We used a Groupon to pay for our 2 hours of games and shoe rentals. When our group worked up an appetite, ordering a pizza from the comfort of our lane without having to flag anyone down was great. They've got an expansive arcade and a few claw machines here, complete with a bar and bar food. It's a great place for big group gatherings including birthdays! read more

Came here on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised. The facility is clean and the staffs were attentive and helpful. The arcade is well sized with lots of options although I do wish there were more picks for little kids. My toddler needed my assistance to pick him up and participate in most of them so I would say the arcade is definitely more for taller kids beyond age 5-6 years old. The bowling pricing is also very reasonable with lots of deals to choose from. We were able to capitalize on the unlimited bowling and shoe rental for $18.99 per person from 11am to close! We celebrated a 15th birthday here recently. Initially, I tried to call and email them. I had a few questions that I needed answered which the website couldn't provide. That resulted with no response so I was a bit hesitant. In the end, we were pressed for time so I booked online. Booking for a party of 12 and choosing the food was pretty straightforward. A week later and it's time for the birthday party. Again, I never got a response back from them other than the usual email confirmation of my event time and type. We arrive 15mins before our event and check in. They introduce us to Imane (forgive me if I misspelled it) as our coordinator. She was so nice and so friendly that I totally forgot about the skeptism that I had. She explained to us what to expect as far as bowling time, food and beverages and the arcade. She also introduced us to Efrem (again, I apologize if I misspelled it), one of the managers. We had a great conversation with him about everything. He made sure that we have everything we needed. As for the presentation.. it was more than what I expected. Chicken tenders, pizza, fries and funnel cake fries were pretty standard fare.. and 4 choices of beverages too! But they were presented so well and kept warm in chafing dishes. They had our boy's name in lights and had a full size bowling pin (to be signed) as a present for him! Great touch. Imane checked on us regularly to make sure we're not running out of anything.. and we didn't. The only thing we added were chicken wings and they were excellent as well. Overall we had an excellent experience. My initial skeptism was replaced with satisfaction. I think that we had a good value for what we paid.
