SO MUCH FUN! Invited to go bowling here and had a great time. One of my favorite features that stood out against other spots is the feature to order food and drinks easily on my phone. No need to wait in line and talk to a person. I ordered alcoholic beverages on my phone and used Apple Pay to pay. Someone came and checked my ID then served me. It was so convenient! We continued to order food on our phones too. Food included nachos, fries, and pizza. I wasn't a fan of the pizza but the nachos were delicious and fries were standard. The bowling itself was great, but the service was very terrible. Our ball got stuck in the gutter, and when we asked an employee for help, she said she "didn't have a walkie-talkie but her homeboy did". She never followed up, and we had to find someone else ourselves. We also waited about 40 minutes for a pizza, and when it arrived, it had no spices or seasonings, while other tables did. We were told the reason for the wait was delays in the kitchen, yet other tables were receiving their food on time. During the three hours we were there, staff checked on other lanes but never once came to ours. Overall, the poor service overshadowed what could have been a good experience. Honestly only come if you're here to practice and not be bothered. read more

It's been quite a while since we've bowled here. Arrived at opening on a Wednesday morning. It's fairly busy but not crowded. Lanes were clean and well maintained. Nice snack options. They offer a discount membership for summer bowling which would be good if we were locals. read more

We had a great experience at Bowlero!! The staff was super friendly-great customer service!!! Groupon had a great deal, so we used it. No different treatment. The bowling alley was clean, and they had a decent group of people playing, but I love how they skipped a lane to give you space. The food was good. We had the nachos, the fried cauliflower, and the steak bites. The restroom was also clean, which was impressive with the number of people that were in the bowling alley. We went on a Saturday evening and only waited about 30 mins for a lane which was nice. I feel like it needs a bit of updating, the building inside just looks very old and worn out. The screens by the boiling pins were off most of the time we were there and when they did turn them on, it was just 3 or 4 lanes at the very end. I personally think it would have been a better experience to have them on. I've been to different Bowleros where they have music videos playing and what not which makes it more fun and entertaining while you're waiting to bowl next. read more

I went for night bowling or what I grew up being cosmic bowling. Wasn't the lights music and fun experience I know night bowling to be but I still had fun. Staff were amazingly kind and down to earth. Other bowlers were great and we had a blast. I made a reservation for a lane on a Saturday afternoon for four guests, including shoe rental. The total came to about $135, which seems high, especially given the condition of the place. That covers 1.5 hours of bowling, which they estimate is three games. We walked in, and I was surprised to find that the set-up was for cosmic bowling (low lights, hard to see lane markings). The music was also *blaring* throughout the space. It seemed like it was maybe set at a volume more appropriate for a busier time at the facility but there were only four or five other lanes occupied. The place also had kind of a weird smell, which all four of us independently noted. It's not the most updated bowling technology I've seen, which wouldn't generally bother me, but I was starting to question the price point. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, even laughing at a dumb joke I made to one of the kids in our party during the endless process of picking the correct sized shoes. My biggest gripe was that we had to call for service twice, first because the pins didn't reset and then because the ball return stopped working. The time wasn't added back on to our game, a loss of about 10 minutes. I'm not sure we would have finished the third game even with the ten minutes, but it's frustrating to pay for a set amount of time and then lose a portion of it to things outside of our control. We weren't negligent with equipment or anything. I get that facility issues happen, but shorting me on what I've paid for isn't the vibe. We probably won't be back here. The kids we were with said they've had better experiences other places in the area so if we go bowling again while visiting, we'll defer to their expertise. read more

The cashier at the food counter is very rude when she is asked to do anything that pertains to her job like grabbing water or my receipt when I purchase anything. The lanes kept lagging and glitching when the next person bowled. This place is a mess. The first lane we were out on had multiple technical issues counting pins and was not resetting pins between turns, so we got placed on a new lane for our following game. The new lane had the same issues, so we got placed on a third lane that also had issues. We decided we were done and went up to pay. The cashier apologized for the issues and said she would give us a discount. When we arrived we were quoted that each game was 5.99/person per game, and shoe rentals were 5/person. Since there were 3 of us and we played 3 games, we assumed it would be ~$70 without a discount. She charged us $85, saying that the price had gone up to 7.99/person/game since we had come in. No where did we see that the game pricing was dynamic and we were never told that the pricing was changing soon (we played for and hour and a half, so I would assume they knew the price was changing soon when they first gave us the price). BEWARE: The ball return shattered our bowling ball after the attendant forgot to turn on the ball return when we started. After it turned on we heard a screeching noise from the ball return and it spit out our ball cracked, as you can see in the attached pictures. When we asked what they could do to make it right they consistently spoke over us and tried to insist that we must have left the ball in a hot car, despite our attempts to explain to them that the ball has always been kept inside of an air conditioned room and has never had problems with cracks or other damage. We will never be returning to this bowling alley knowing that we risk having our balls ruined without any sort of compensation from the alley who caused the damage. read more

I honestly don't know why this Bowlero's location has so many 1 star reviews. This place is super fun the food is really good and I would totally recommend this place to my friends and family. The only problem I had was that during one of the games the lane just shut down, but as soon as we called for service they fixed it. Not only did the food look good it tasted good as well . There was only one cook in the kitchen and he was getting the food made fast and efficiently , I will definitely be returning . read more

I came here with my special needs nephew and niece for some quality time. It is definitely not geared towards families. The people in the lane next to us obviously did not like kids, let alone special needs kids, and made it known very quickly they were not happy we were there. The building and lanes were a bit run down and we lost our bowling ball three times to the return machine. The menu wasn't really good, and the arcade just stunk. I'll go to the Gilbert Bowlero for sure next time, it's more accommodating and welcoming. read more

So can't take Covid into account because I started coming here since it reopened after Covid and we're coming fairly regularly until recent events. My friends and I like to play after work and have been doing so for months, generally 5 or 6 of us. Things started going downhill when the food became inedible and waits too long. There could be no one around and the employee sitting with a thumb up his butt, yet an order of fries takes 29 minutes and they will tell you they will bring the food, but never will. The final straw came 3 days ago when we were all there playing. First lane kept jamming when reloading the pins and we got moved to another. Second lane kept freezing and eating balls. My friends personal ball was swallowed and never returned at this point. Moved to a third lane to play for less than 10 minutes when they cut us off to close the place. That's understandable, even though they let us play out every other past game. So we asked for money back since not a single game was finished. The woman running the counter then returned with "no receipt, no refund" even though the lanes are set and we had the shoes they gave us. Frankly, it was a cop out for handling the situation poorly. We are going back for our ball tomorrow and if it isn't returned, I'll just update the rating to where it should be. read more

Customer service was good at the front desk. Me and my fiancé had to wait 15 minutes on a Thursday night wasn't too bad. We had took a seat in the bar and waited for our lane to open. We had a Groupon deal that was worth the money we had spent. Had a few good laughs between the two of us. Was thinking this might be a potential prefect spot to bring the family to for our son's birthday party. A few minutes after we had finished the first round, a couple or a father and daughter took a seat near us. We continued the night, shortly after we were asked to move tables because this was their table so we had to seat on the table behind theirs. So we moved didn't mind the move but just thought it was odd a team member had to ask us to move. But shortly after we moved they had asked the team member to move lanes away from us. We continued the night but only had 3 more rounds but we had a Groupon ticket for two hours but since the circumstance that had just occurred and our lane was messing up after hitting a strike we decided it was our time to leave after 30 minutes. I don't want to let this ruin anyone's experience from here but this being our first time and first time exploring our new neighborhood was very disappointing to say the least. read more

So frustrating when corporate changes to a beloved place make you start thinking about leaving. I've bowled here for over 20 years off and on. Gone are the days when pitchers of water and ice were all lined up for league bowling. Now they won't even fill water bottles! They give a plastic cup of water- really irritating since we carry our reusable bottles to avoid plastic waste. May be time to find a non-corporate bowling center if they're still around!! read more
