There really isn't much to say about this establishment. It was clean, the staff was nice. The crown was minimum. I don't eat any food but based on the menu it was reasonably priced. This Bowlero looks newer, but it's not as nice as the one in Norcross. They have chairs here, not the small booth-type seats, and they are more privately sectioned off in the Norcross location. Overall, just a nicer bowling alley there. This place was definitely less crowded. We rolled in around 9:45pm, and were able to secure two lanes without any wait. Nice! We had a larger group, so we decided to split between two lanes. My group was not doing so well. In fact, I was able to beat everyone second game, and came in second first game. My boyfriend's bowling was definitely off tonight, but that's okay, because I love to beat him! They always play good music here, and I like how the lanes light up at night. It's $5.99 a person per game, which seems pretty good as far as pricing, and then shoes which I believe are less than $5. We didn't eat this time, so I can't comment on that. Overall a fun place to go hang out with some friends, and my daughter loves it. We all had a good time. They also have an arcade area that you can play in, but we didn't hit that at all. I arrived here for a Celebrity Bowl-a- thon event in support of Sickle Cell Awareness; hosted by Zee Mullen of Savvyaffairs. Awesome location, the transformation of this space was more than impressive. At one point i forgot it was a bowling alley. Hadn't put much thought into doing outside activities since the COVID pandemic, but this place took me back to my childhood, and reminded me of fun times. This is a clean well ran establishment. I will return outside of hosted events just for friends & family fun. Its time to get back to fun in life!! Thanks for the experience & the hospitality! read more

I think this place could make some easy tweaks to greatly improve customer experience. So came on tail of a league night. The counter guy will make people sign a waitlist and tell them it will be 15-30 minutes to get a lane....even when he has multiple lanes open with no one playing. It's super weird. Literally 10 lanes open...together, in a row. A whole section of the bowling alley not being used and people are told there is a wait list. I watched him make 5 groups sign a wait list. I have watched him do this multiple nights. This is a practice, not a one off. If he is be directed by management to do this, then management needs to realize this is bad for your business. I have seen people leave not wanting to wait. If management isn't aware of this, you need to be aware because this is bad for your business. I was here another time and a person in the party ordered and paid for a large drink. But when drink arrived, was informed they were out of the container size for the drink purchased as they were "all dirty " and was given a drink almost 1/2 the size. I obviously like this place, I have been many times. But it's a slippery slope, if you don't start getting a handle on the bad customer service it can snowball read more

Very disappointed that this place carries the Bowlmor name. It being only my second time visiting this location I recommend no one of urban ethnicities visit this location. We were unfairly treated as we had asked for a lane away from kids being they had several lanes open. A couple of friends of ours met us for some early evening bowling. We booked a lane online which came with a food and beverage gift card. Carlos, a manager, immediately welcomed us and showed us to our lane when we arrived. He regularly checked on us , even acting as our bartender at times. He was thoughtful and courteous. I came here with a bunch of my family on Saturday and we had a ball! we arrived between 8:30pm and 9pm which worked out perfectly because a tournament was just ending so all the lanes freed up. It was 12 of us who were bowling so they gave us 2 lanes. We had children with us as well but they played in the arcade area which was pretty dope too. Yesterday my friends and I tried this spot out again. This is just not right. It's unfair treatment. Never going back fuck this place. This isn't the first time I felt this way at this location. To feel unwelcome at a bowling alley. This time I recorded how this employee talks and raises her voice at me, over powering my voice. Was it something I did wrong? I shouldn't have to feel this way at a place I spent my money on to get treated like I'm not a customer. I talked to her employer as well. Carlos is the manager at this location. I also wrote a review on Yelp almost a year ago due to similar circumstances caused by him. I'm heartbroken that I can't enjoy bowling like I used to at this location when it was under different management. Carlos said he would compensate us for this and that never happened. I went there this Monday and everything was amazing! The manager was on shift at that time and he told me that we had a long wait so he gave my little brother some rechargeable cards to play in the game zone and when one lane was available he came to us and found a seat and everything we need it!
