Decided to try this place, as opposed to Billy Bees. Our Grandsons are 4 and 6, and very active. We walked in and it looked like the perfect place for their age group. We arrived shortly after they opened, and there were already several people there. It appeared very clean and well maintained. The boys loved the fact that they could run around and almost always had us in their sight. Although I'm not as young as most of the parents/grandparents there, I did run around and climb through most of it with them. We truly enjoyed all the amenities. When we asked the boys which one they like better, they said they like this place. Of course, in the next sentence spoken, they asked if we can go back to Billy Bees later. From a security standpoint, this one seemed better for us and them. Billy Bees does have more, and some bigger slides and such, but again; this one is better suited for their age group. Despite some rather sour reviews I read, I do recommend this place if your child/children are under 7. We would definitely return. read more

Good place for a Saturday afternoon with the kids, reasonable prices. Was told they will be upgrading , will be back to see the changes.

Came here for our son's 8th birthday and was happy with our experience. Facility was clean and they are flexible in allowing us to bring drinks, chips, and cake. The pizza they provided was quite good and the options for toppings was quite good. While younger ones enjoyed cheese and pepperoni pizzas the older folks were able to have a little more variety with supreme and BBQ chicken pizza. One kid even exclaimed that "this was the best pizza they ever had!" Nicely done Catch Air. Fruit punches in individual cartons are provided and the play area is full of renovated space theme obstacles and play areas. So much fun!! Totally worth the price. Great for parents as it is small enough to stay with the kids or have eyes on them while they play.

I do not like this place! it smells bad and the lighting sucks! My 1yr had to play in the baby area with 12 and 13yr olds! not safe or cool! Never going back! Managers just gather in one area and talk while the kids bully and do what they want! Its time for new management!! read more

I love the idea of this place. It has a lot of great options for kids. The reason for my rating, there's always something broken. The volcano hasn't worked since I've been going there (Aug 2022) so who knows how long this has been broken. There are lights flickering in some areas. They want everyone to wear socks in the play area but people are allowed to wear sneakers around it. Defeats the purpose of cleanliness. The bathrooms are disgusting. The other play places I've gone to enforce no shoes past the front desk. Not this place. So you can only image how dirty it is. The bathroom always has water on the floor, Hair balls in corners, etc. As a parent, I want to relax while my child plays but I'm on his ankles making sure he doesn't touch anything dirty. Y'all need a makeover. Last time my husband went, y'all had some type of meeting with a bunch of extra workers but they didn't do any work. Instead they flirted and got in the way with the sneakers all in the play area. Like wtf. I'd be better off going to another location in hopes they know what clean means read more

I scheduled my daughter's birthday party here for 10am on a Saturday morning. An employee called me 3-4 days before to confirm everything and go over the details. When we arrived Saturday morning, the place was completely dark inside. The sign said they open at 10, which you'd think would mean they'd arrive a little early, but no. We waited. Called the phone number and it went to voicemail. Waited more. Kept calling. Nothing. After around 15 minutes after 10:00 an employee walks up and tells us that there was an issue with the management and nobody was there to open the door. She was on the phone with corporate to get the door open. Meanwhile, 15 kids who were expecting to be at a birthday party, and their parents, were still waiting outside to see what would happen. Other people started showing up for a 10:30 party. Door still not open. Employee tells us that once she gets the door open it will be a little while since they have to turn everything on. We didn't finally get in to the building and start checking in until 10:30 and our party was set to end at 12. By the time we finally got into the room and got things set up, the party hostess came to tell me that it was time for pizza. We were supposed to get an hour and 20 minutes of play time before lunch. The kids got about 45 min. We fed the kids, sang happy birthday, cut the cake, and then the party host and other employees came in and started cleaning up around us. The 12:00 party was already there and waiting for the room, so they were pushing us out. I get it - don't screw up all the parties for the day. But come on. My husband went to the front to pay the bill and the party hostess told us she was giving us a discount for our trouble. Doesn't make up for it, but fine. Since I'd booked the party, not him, he didn't realize that I'd paid a deposit. They told him they were giving him a discount, took off the party bags we never got (not sure why we didn't get them), and he paid the remaining balance thinking we'd gotten a sufficient discount. When I saw the receipt later I found that the "discount" they gave us was 2 free pizzas, or $20. That's it. In the end we paid full price and had our two hour party time cut by about 45 minutes. We did stay a little longer than noon, but not by much. And for our trouble we got $20 off. What a joke. read more

Will probably not be returning to this location and honestly should be given a refund. The staff are rude and not educated on company policies. Twice now I have been charged for an adult when their policy states one free adult with paid child. The establishment is run down compared to other locations close by. read more
