I'm assuming it's because it was a Saturday. When I walked in I was very impressed by the set up and decorations for summer. Of course the kids went over to the game area 1st. The person where we got our shoes wasn't very friendly but the encounter was brief. The bathrooms were okay and please be careful of the 1st stale if it isnt fixed. Someome got stuck in there. The lanes were well lit and seemed to have a good selection of balls. I was curious if I could ask for a lighter one for my daughter. The score board worked well. There were plenty of tables outside the lanes, as their were alot of us.The games were expensive to me but I dont bowl often so it could be normal price. They provided space for the birthday and food. When we started to order food and drinks is were some confusion started to come in. The orders were getting mixed up, drinks were coming out that weren't what we ordered, and a set of our chicken wings were not done. When they came out I noticed that they were large and weird looking. I asked if we could send the back for new ones. I was told I couldn't because the other items in the platter were gone. Someone started to eat the chicken and immediately started gagging. This was after everyone had already been eating them. We were given new ones but that was really gross and my niece got sick. The drinks weren't strong at all until we ordered the Watermelon Rita Tank which was expensive but it was great. The only food item I liked was the pizza but it was really greasy. We found out that the servers were pretty new so we gave them grace. Brianna did an option job. I would cone again and I do recommend keeping everything I said in mind.

FUN!!!! That's it, this place really is just a fun time…read more.. Adults (young and older) will enjoy! Teenagers will enjoy! Kids will enjoy! I hate to say "all ages" because it sounds like a running around bratty kid fest, but this place is definitely not like that... You basically book online, reserve a time slot and pay for your time from 30 min up to two hours. Then you just play! Weekends are more crowded than weekdays so u definitely want to reserve your time in advance. They will also open additional hours for certain (weekday) holidays... also Note that the longer the amount of time u book, the less you pay per hour. You can play as an individual or together if you're with a group. I've alway gone with a group from 4 to 10 people. 1 day I'll get up the nerve to go solo. I love the zombie fighting game in the city. There was this drumming game that I tried and liked that I will be revisiting. Anything with aliens monsters and dragons is my speed. Staff is always friendly helpful and attentive It's the perfect place to hang with friends, family, and even a date night. You can have a bday party or other events here. If I could afford it, I would definitely visit more often. I'm surprised more people don't know about Xperiment VR . I Love it here!!!

The price was very affordable compared to other play gyms. For 3-5 yr olds, the facility was very suitable. They even have a cute virtual reality game that the kids loved. I found the place to be very clean. I did not see the bathrooms but I didn't hear anything bad about them either. Since the party we have been back once. It is a great weekend activity. We planned the party pretty late so the only time slot for that day was 5pm. We were given 2 hours and each child gets tokens for the specials ( virtual reality, bumper cars, etc). Kids must wear socks. Parents/ Adults are not allowed on the bounce equipment. There are a few benches for sitting that keep you in close proximity to keep an eye on your little. Most parents just stand along the side. They also have a few table and chairs in the arcade game area. My only issue was parking. It is located in a small shopping mall and down a little hill. So unloading all the stuff for the party had our car right in front of the door, blocking people from entering. I did find out that there was parking behind but it's a little out the way.

The pizza special they have right now was 2 slices fries and a drink for only around $5. We bought an unlimited monthly subscription which was a decent deal as well. The bumper cars were very fun. My son got injured on the go karts which went very fast and I found them hard to control the speed so be aware when riding. The front desk employee was very nice. We definitely will return again. Only other con is the place is very dark inside so it's hard to keep an eye on your kid at all times.

Sounds awesome, especially as it gets more and more difficult as they get older to find a place. This was done blindly, which I will never recommend FYI... 2 hours away in CT as I'm coming from Westchester County... So after sitting in traffic to get to the location, we walk I'm and await our host... as we wait, I notice a sign stating that the bumper cars are closed for repairs... I was not notified of this, and then I looked again and saw that the go karts were also not operating soooo... I was pissed to say the least as I didn't just drive 2 hours for all of this to get here and 2 of the main reasons as to why my daughter selected this place was for those two reasons... I ask to speak with a manager to ask what's going on and am greeted by a teenager who says that she'll go and speak to the manager and then proceeds to come out without a manager and inform me that they're down and the manager apologizes for the inconvenience... I'm spending a good amount of money for this party and a manager can't come out to speak with me... The whole place is run by kids, it was crazy... Finally, a guy named, Sean, comes out and speaks with me. He says he's going to find out what's going on... He proceeds to tell me that the mechanic for the go-karts said they'll be done in 20 mins... but the bumper cars are closed, he didn't know himself and just found out, he says. An hour and a half later (party is only 2 hours for the room) the go karts open... my party literally consisted of 9 kids and 5 adults... they were on line for an hour and a half to use the go karts bc smaller kids couldn't go by themselves and had to wait for a double seater, and only one was operating... they missed the pizza and almost singing happy birthday bc they waited on line so long, and it wasn't even that long of a line... the room was pretty tore up and in desperate need of a fast lift... the place was dead... the zip line looks alot better online as it was tiny and you literally are on it for second and it does less than a half a circle, the VR wasn't working, the bumper cars were closed... I wish I would've just gone and had it at Thrillz n Jumpz in CT. It was the best party to date... Although our host was very sweet, we had to ask for several things for the party several times but he was very sweet and let us stay in the room longer... then to try and help, they gave us some arcade cards, but since everything was so behind on the go karts, had barely any time to use the cards, and they turned the games off on us... My best advice would be to go elsewhere because this was not it! 2 hours to get there and almost 2 hours to go home... not at all worth it... The go-kart guy was cool and let me party go a few extra times... Thanks for that...
