Oh was this the most amazing place my students have visited thus far! The space is atrocious! My students were all over the jungle gym which reached towards the ceiling and had many ways to enter and exit. Slides, boxing bags, mirrors, mazes, swings, etc. It will keep your little ones and old ones busy. They will definitely go home tired and worn out. There is a cafe bar inside to order drinks, pizza and other items. They also have party rooms for birthday celebrations. Be sure to complete your waiver online kids and adults entering this place. We will come back!

Fantastic new fun play park adventure center and trampoline park in Alpharetta! Wow! What a well made and excellent Kids center! They seem to have really done their homework and built a very nicely thought out and designed trampoline fun center that has plenty to do and see to keep your young ones and adults engaged. There is a spacious dining area near the entrance where parents can sit and enjoy some delicious and well made food and drinks. I recommend you come here with the idea of splurging a bit and really enjoy all that Lava Island has to offer. We ordered the Funnel Cake Fries, pretzel bites with cheese and a strawberry smoothie. Everything was made fresh and tasted delicious. A few things to note: kids and parents need to fill out a waiver and parents are required to pay (I think we paid half price for adults) so keep that in mind. You can pay for an hour or full day which is only a few bucks more. Memberships available for frequent jumpers. 5 super stars and two thumbs up for Lava Island in Alpharetta and a big thank you to owners and staff for helping to make a truly fun and memorable day!

The party experience isn't worth it for what you get. They also aren't organized and double book.

Place was great - kids loved it. But only two stars bc of their pricing policy. Making parents pay is ridiculous.

I had been here in 2021 and had a very good experience. My daughter took me here for my birthday…read more She told me she made a reservation online and had to call in her payment. She called three times and left messages with no response until a few days before leaving a nasty message that if she didn't pay they were going to cancel the reservation. We got there and as usual it was super cute inside. The people that worked there were all friendly and nice. I was really looking forward to the tea. I forget the name but it's there most popular according to their menu. In 2021 it was a dark red and delicious!! This time it was a medium pink. It tasted very watered down. The sandwiches-smoked salmon with cream cheese on bread. I wonder how many people actually eat that? We tossed it. The pimento cheese was good but served on a nutty brown bread-not the bread for pimento cheese. The curried chicken salad, not good at all. We didn't eat it. The egg salad had zero flavor. It was like plain eggs and mayo. Not even a tad a salt. The same with the cucumber sandwiches. Zero flavor. It just tasted like cream cheese. The lemon curd and jam for the scones was delicious. The scone, fairly average at best. The desserts, we didn't eat them. I'm very sad I'm leaving this review. I wonder if the owner is different or if they are having financial troubles and cutting costs. My niece wanted to take me there as a thank you for helping her and I steered her away due to the price and experience not being in line. Just a side note, I overheard someone that walked in ask if they could be seated as they had been calling for several days and no one would call them back. Seems to be a theme. I hope they get heir act together because sooner or later people will stop showing up.

My husband called on Tuesday to make tea reservations for either Saturday or Sunday and was told…read morethere was availability for both days. The person who answered stated they couldn't book the reservation themselves but assured him someone would call back shortly to confirm. Unfortunately, no one ever called back. After that, no one answered the phone for the rest of Tuesday, Wednesday, or most of Thursday. When he finally reached someone right before closing on Thursday, he was told they were completely booked. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of communication and follow-up. We understand places get busy, but not returning calls and then suddenly being fully booked after initially confirming availability is poor customer service. Their reservation system also clearly needs improvement. An online reservation model would make much more sense because the current phone-based process is not working effectively. Although I've enjoyed tea here on a couple of different occasions, the experience is not astonishing enough to return after this reservation experience.
