In a recent time I finally decided I would invest in som hiking shoes, so it was really nice to have help from an employee when I chose several pairs, and then she brought out and extra pair that she said are more comfortable, and well I ended up purchasing that extra pair, thanks to her thoughtfulness. They have just about everything you need here for your backpacking, camping or hiking trip. But it can certainly get spendy. It's all the super high quality brands here so the price does not budge. There's a few sales here and there but that's why I wouldn't shop here so often. But once in a while it's nice and even to get inspiration for outdoors adventures. Something else cool about REI is they offer classes to members & nonmembers to teach you about backpacking, survival tips, and how to prepare for certain trips. I'm taking a free class for how to prepare for summiting Mount Everest Base Camp, how cool!

We knew going in that she would receive the fit ID process and a tailored approach to receiving a personalized shoe fitting. Our "Outfitter" was Abby, an experienced runner, who made us feel comfortable through the entire process. She communicated through her words and manner that she wanted the best shoe for my wife. In addition to the 3D scanner, the pressure mapping mat was a low pressure way to direct the shoe selection process. We left with shoes that my wife felt comfortable wearing and pleased with the fit. Fleet Feet is a chain and offers a rewards program. Given the price of new shoes, it's easy to reach the first reward tier. The store itself is clean, small, organized, and an efficient use of the space. The selection is limited, but of good quality. In addition to running shoes, the store offers Garmin watches, insoles, running hats, shoe laces, energy gels, running shorts and tops, and the like. We parked on Independence Lane, just a few steps from the entrance. I have no hesitation returning to go through the Fit ID process and receive good service.

I will be back to visit her when I have more time to try more on! They have a ton of selection and decent prices . I was surprised by how they were. We let her know our budget before hand and she was very good at sticking to the price range we had. My friend walked out with a really cool pair and was incredibly happy.

There was 3 people standing doing nothing ( 2 white guys and a black girl. One of the white guys was really tall.) and as i walked in, i was ignored. I walked around for about 10 minutes trying to find anything hockey related. I even walked around their sales people and they never asked me if i needed help nor did they look at me. I feel some discrimination when i walked in. Is it because my skin is brown? This place just SUCKS! They got a alot of great stuff but if you need help. You better looks elsewhere. When we first come in, I feel like I'm flashing back to being a little kid. It is a bit dated to when it originally opened. I looked it up and that was 1974. Surprisingly when walking through the mall, it's pretty happening. It still has a good amount of stores. We walked our dog here which was nice and we like to sit down somewhere comfy so he can eat since it's the middle of the day. This mall served its purpose with us. They also have a parking garage which we like our car to be shaded. We stopped at Bath and Body, & a few other stores that are popular everywhere.
