I started with the mimoosa flight. The flavors weren't labeled, but I believe the strawberry and…read moreapple were my favorite. I ordered a medium rare ribeye, which was slightly overcooked but still a very good cut of meat. I did not care for the coleslaw or the gouda macaroni and cheese. The meal was served with toast. The chocolate pecan pie with ice cream was good. I arrived at 6:30 and was given a glass of water that a drank immediately because i was thirsty. Any establishment that must function understaffed should be like Nashville clubs and set out a jug of water so people can refill their cups on their own. They took my drink order at 7. There were no empty seats at the bar so I sat alone at a table. The experience was OK but they need at least one more server. The only reason they get by with charging over fifty dollars for the steak is because there's literally no other place within 40 miles you can get a good steak. The sides are below average. The servers are friendly but obviously overworked. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of parking.

The restaurant portion of the building was almost empty, and I was seated almost immediately, but I was placed at a table in a high traffic area next to the kitchen. After a while, I flagged down an employee since it was unclear to me who my server was. I put in an appetizer order of their heavenly eggs. They included a wonderfully tart sauce, and the serving size was three eggs. The mushroom gnocchi that I had was delicious, and enough to feed two people. The potato dumplings were expertly made, and some of the best that I've ever eaten. Other than the service being a bit hit and miss, I would return if only for the excellent food.

Come to find out, you can build your own salads, rice bowls, wraps, soup bar and they got a baked potato station lol. What a good combination. Pretty good ingredients to choose from. All of the usual things you'd expect on a salad bar. I did try the chicken swarma.. delicious. Never heard of it but it slaps. They have little cups as you go, that you can use to taste things before adding them to your bowl. Just a cute little place. Staff is young, respectful, helpful. The music is good! A genre you wouldn't expect. I'm not gone spoil it lol. Prices??? Depends on how heavy your bowl is. The register has a scale that weighs your food to see how much it costs. There's a standard cost for the bowl, plus how heavy it is. Makes sense to me. Try them!

Their salad bar ingredients are super fresh, and they keep them fresh allll day by replacing when needed. It's very clean inside, and I'd say a very relaxed environment. There are always about 6-10 customers in there when I visit, but I've never had any issues at all with the line at the salad bar. Their honey dijon dressing is ... THE BEST. I always feel full and content when I finish my salad here! Please try if you haven't yet!!

Mike was the best with recommendations and absolutely took care of us!! Southwest egg rolls were unexpected menu item and we will definitely order again. We created our own deep dish pizza with pepperoni, bacon bits and extra sauce and it is by far the best pizza we have had! We have decided next time we are craving pizza, we will make the drive all the way from Memphis just to have it here at Gary's. That's saying something! Can't wait to try the calzone and pasta too! Thanks for such a great experience and awesome food! Valerie & Gary (the OTHER Gary. )

My ham, bacon, and cheddar calzone was massive and delicious. (They offer three different flavors of calzones.) The iced tea was extraordinarily refreshing on this hot and humid day. The dining area was probably about 60% filled at 12:30 p.m. with lunch patrons. I didn't hear anyone complaining. The thing is, Osceola has a deficit of good dining choices. I take my victories where I can. There's nothing outstanding about the service, as a few of the waitresses acted as if they'd have rather been anywhere else but helping customers at a restaurant. The interior is decorated okay, and the kitschy wall hangings at least break up the monotony. The men's restroom was surprisingly well-kept, and atypically had zero malodor to it. If in the area, I would return again, if only because there really isn't a variety of choices in this area.
