When I need to send something, I take it there and have them help me pack it and chose the most reasonably priced way to send it using my chosen time parameters. An important client document had been lost in the mail, and I was in communication with the store about it. At first they were nice and tried to help, but then they procrastinated looking further into it, and the mailed item was never found. I had to call USPS multiple times, but no one could find it. My daughter made an appt over the phone on Thursday for Friday because was told she had to make an appt in order for the notary to be there. Her appt was for today at 10:30am. We arrived a few minutes early and the person behind the counter said the notary took another appt and was out. She did not say when he would be back, She did not apologize, did not say come back. We left disappointed. We went to the UPS store in the Belair Shopping Center on West El Camino and they had no problem notarizing her paperwork. We would of liked to use the box brothers because they are a neighborhood store and within walking distance, however, because of our experience today, and poor customer service, we will not go back. read more

This place has great prices and is family owned which always makes me feel like a better person when you are spending hundreds of dollars on shipping. They also craft boxes for you on demand which I find so impressive. I had a 60 inch TV that I needed shipped across the country and they built me a box from scratch and packed that TV with so much care, that I came back here recently to ship some more fragile arts and things and they again made me a box from scratch and everything made it in one piece! I went into this shop thinking I would pay WAY more than I actually did both times, and for that this place is a winner. The only problem I've had is their tracking isn't always accurate or posted online, so you sometimes have to sit and wait and hope it arrives when it is supposed to and their phone line can sometimes be hard to get through, so just go to this place in person and at least that problem is solved. read more
