I have used PostalAnnex for all types of services including shipping, notary, and printing. Seems they are always eager to help their customers, my latest visit being no exception. In fact, they went out of their way to patiently assist me with a complicated shipping ordeal. Kinda like the good old days when a business would do whatever it takes to help their customers. Who remembers THAT. Anyway, I won't bother with the details, but it included dealing with the incompetence of the business to which I was shipping. PostalAnnex had everything taken care of in a jiffy.... as usual. Coming here is like bringing a heap of problems, dropping them on their counter, and they magically make them go away! Since I started this review, I had to go back to PostalAnnex because the replacement product I received from the shipper had the exact same defect as that which I previously returned.
