This is a large building that is located just off Westheimer and Wilcrest, and there are a whole bunch of nice fancy offices here, and it's a very well done building. We've come here many times to visit several different companies, and it's close to a lot of the places that we come to, such as our gym and a few dining options that we frequent, anyway, so it's very conveniently located for both of us, and a great space for offices. Sadly there are businesses here that have closed up and shuttered and moved out, as well as some other stuff that clings to life and does just enough business to survive. It's important that you give them your business because so many have already packed up and gone.

Scheduling team: C, when there were scheduling issues when an inspector couldn't make it out, they scheduled me for the next day without telling me and said "I agreed over the phone" when I had asked if they had other times/inspectors available over the weekend and they said they'd call back over the phone to let me know, but never did (prompting me to call them after a few hours).

Forest was able to come out the next day and perform the inspection even though it was the 4th of July weekend. He called me after the inspection to give me some of the highlights of the inspection. I had the report first thing Monday morning. I called Forest after going over the report with questions I had. Forest spent at least 30-45 minutes with me explaining the inspection and areas I should be concerned with. Based on the inspection, I feel I saved at least $20K in repairs which would of been required to make the house safe for future tenants. I terminated the contract with the seller.
