I had been in this co-working setting already, where everyone has their own office room, and may or may not see others in the building in the common break room (which opens to an expansive balcony overlooking a pond with a fountain), or coffee station near the large conference room. OE Naperville is in a great location adjacent to the Nike Sports Complex, but far enough away that you won't hear screams or cheers until you exit the building! There is secure, strong WiFi, friendly front desk staff who take care of the mail (incoming & outgoing), and welcome guests who come to your scheduled meetings in one of the conference rooms. There's free (serve yourself) Starbucks coffee in the coffee station, and also an office equipment station with a multifunctional printer, shredder, and the usual paper cutter, varied staplers, hole punchers, etc. And just like a home office, members with "fobs" have 24/7 access! When I need to put my creative juices together in formulating in my head a talk or presentation, or memorizing a song, I just go out with my iPhone & earbuds and take a walk around the office building and the sports complex. Frustrated with your company... we have rented out your service in bangalore for a year now...there are no responses from your team even after sending emails for thousand of times...no invoices for the bills paid...and if somebody delays the notice by 5-10 days then the agreement gets renewed by an year and not just a month or 2...so once your services are taken means have to pay life long ...Without even intimating us you guys asked some xyz company rom gurgaon to collect the money for 1 year in advance ....thats never the agreement and rental was always decided per month only...we took the office plus plan for year 1 and for year 2 its was discussed and agreed with your executives to downgrade it to office only pkg but billed for 2 year in advance for office plus pkg. When the people in the hallways were laughing and talking extremely loud . The room was small and we didn't All fit in it to close the door : she tried to close the door on us and shove us in. I took my daughter and walked out. I didn't finish my documents to close on my home . Nobody had a problem with my daughter , only she did and the guy who came out of the room next to us with a handful of snacks. He seems annoyed but he wasn't working he has a literal load of snacks to go eat..... super uncomfortable and unprofessional, unpleasant experience, on my 1st home closing meeting . No I don't have her in daycare ; no I don't have anyone I trust to leave her with Children are not the problem People are so insensitive and out of touch in this world. She was behaving the entire time. She started talking by the door onto the hallway and that seemed to upset the receptionist. You could hardly hear anything my daughter was saying over the people in the hallway who were part of our team . The receptionist lady ; and the snack guy had a problem. This world is not child friendly , since when can't we bring out child for our biggest accomplishment as a family ! ? The employee, Jessica Roy, is also a terrible employee and should be fired immediately. She had received over 10 voicemails from me and probably 20 emails and has not returned a single one. She should be fired immediately.
