Krav Maga is a skill set that is very useful for self defense. They have 2 main rooms to teach where they can separate between advance and beginner students. We did their level one and they were so accommodating and considerate that I had a hand injury. They visually showed us techniques and had us partner up and practice ourselves, always correcting and encouraging along the way. We practiced pretend real world scenarios of attackers attempting to choke and grab and how we can overpower them to escape. They provide kicking and punching pads during the practice. The whole experience was enjoyable and fun. I would love to bring my dad here. We had the pleasure to meet the owner Randall who showed us around the studio, that is also super clean and maintained, and Kim our level one instructor. They were both such cool genuine people.
