The small space has all the equipment you might need and/or what you might find in a much larger space. It's much more than I would want to keep at home. Evans takes a, highly tailored, approach to your needs. He mixes up the exercises during each session. Much better than I could do on my own. I had surgery about a year ago, and still favor my leg. That hasn't been a problem, and all of this has picked up where my physical therapy left off. Evans also provides positive reinforcement, and no judgement. I was having some lower back pain during my most recent session and we spent the second half of it on the massage table. Even that time was informative and helpful to me. Whatever it takes! You'll make progress quickly. That's what these guys do. Worth it!

I've been to trainers at other gyms that are not attentive. She is the opposite of that. She focuses only on you when you're with her. It's worth the price. It's a really nice space to work out. Many times I'm the only one there for the session. At most I've only been in the space with two other people. Carly is the person that makes the appointments and she is really lovely also.

Say it with me: working out is a lifestyle and NOT a fad. Note that the program works when you do, just like anything else in this thing called life. One key to remember is that your diet is 85%. Again, diet is 85% of this and you will never outperform a bad one. Every personal trainer isn't for every single trainee and that is okay. If you want an Equinox experience, you must pay that cost! Chatter aside, you cannot discount the brilliant personal training and nutrition program that Skip has built which focuses on a few core things: water intake, macronutrients, plus an abbreviated training schedule. Skip was rude, dismissive, and refused to provide info about what kind of nutrition and exercise is part of his program. That's basic customer service. Go to any website and you get at least a FAQ overview. I provided 1 screenshot for context on the way he speaks to people, but there are many more examples. Also check out the not recommended reviews. There are Black health/fitness coaches out there that value and respect their potential clients. Skip is unfortunately not one of them. Do not recommend.
