    How to earn Box Lunch Money. They admit it is "hard earned" money, yet you cannot spend it on almost any of their desirable items!

    First of all, I love their merchandise!!! Disney, Loungefly, Hello Kitty, The T.V. show Friends... Cuteness galore!! Why the low review then?? I am frustrated by their Box Lunch money. It seems like a waste of time. Unlike other stores where you can actually utilize your reward "cash" on almost anything. Here, you CANNOT!! I tried so hard to find items that I could purchase that I enjoy, and that qualify for the Box Lunch money I earned! I have to spend 120 dollars to receive 60 dollars (50%) "free" However, like I said most of their best items do not qualify. Disney, Loungefly, you know the good stuff you want to buy. The reason I came to the store in the first place!! What is the point of this Lunch Money if I can't spend it? What is the point?!

He held the shoes for me up in the counter while I continued to shop. Once I got in line I was immediately off put by the cashier( a young lady with a tattoo on her forearm) she did not greet me or call me up next she simply stared at me, she seemed very annoyed with the business of the store or as if she was not happy to be there or interested in helping the next customer. I informed her I had some shoes set up here for me, a pair of Nike air forces and Jordan's. ( my first time buying Jordan's(I was unaware of the name of the shoes and the size because I had to size up or down). After the confusion I asked to retry on the shoes to confirm before purchasing and she seemed annoyed and said "okay you will have to step aside to help out the next customer in line" and only handed over 1 of the shoes out of the 2 i was purchasing. I was very confused but proceeded to try the one pair of shoes on. Still unsure if the other pair were the ones he had set aside for me. Christian saw what was happening and quickly checked on me to see if everything worked out ok. After him reconfirming the shoes and shoe size. He then asked me if I wanted to pay cash or card and helped me purchased said shoes without having to reform a line. I felt more confident with my purchase after his help. Went to go try to return it to the store i had the…read morereceipt tags everything with it but they said they couldn't do the return because the tags weren't attached and they said they need the tags attached so they can resell it. First of all why you trying to resell clothes with a hole in it and second of all how hard is it to put the tags back on?     Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. Went in with my…read moresister and my niece and my daughter, there were three girls working standing around talking to eachother and on their phones showing pictures to each other, never once greeted customers, never once asked if we needed help. There was a line for the fitting room while the girls stood there talking. I approached the girls asking if we could get help for the fitting room. The girls looked at me with attitude and said, I guess. She opened the door to the fitting room and went straight back to talking. We were reaching for jeans that were high up and all three girls watched and my daughter struggled to resch her size. Never asking is we needed help. It was extremely unprofessional and made us feel like we didnt matter as customers. The store was also trashed. Extremely unorganized, jeans thrown all over, shirts all over the places. It was sad to see when the three young ladies where just standing around talking and not working. Definitely will not be supporting this company anymore.
