Apparently there was a ton of seasonal options that they ran out of, but the fact that there wasn't a chocolate brownie, dark chocolate, or chocolate peanut butter, or any Reese's of any kind was a bit upsetting. Those seem like pretty standard flavors which are fan favorites, but they weren't there. It's not to say that we didn't enjoy the experience, but they could use a lot of work by having more flavors, considerably more topping options, and even dipped waffle cones.

We loved the creation so much, that I went back today to get the triple pint. I was charged for the reeses. I could have ordered it online with 6 toppings, the butterfinger signature creation has 4 toppings and adding reeses would have been 5 total toppings, so that means no charge for adding in reeses. When I got home, I noticed the container was only about 80% full. So the employee today had the same issue as the other, but instead of giving me a full container, gave me one partially filled. I would have overlooked the extra topping charge, but it's a frustrating experience to not get the amount you paid for, plus having inconsistencies in workers. Again, the creation was great, but I may try another location next time.
