Practice over charged me by 330 dollars upon services being rendered and provided inaccurate billing related to insurance benefits. As of this writing reimbursement has not been made and staff solution was to call and speak to manager who works Mondays. (It's Monday) I had to come here because they pushed calls all day to waiting which I observed them doing when I called standing in front of them and phone rang in bacl once before going to hold. Terrible practice but I guess to be expected from the dentist in the mall. Can't handle basic dentistry or billing. At first I was not sure if they were stupid or retarded but then I realized they are just SCAMMERS. Literally just want 2 get you in the door to bill ur insurance. On my first visit I was told I needed an extraction , I missed my original appt so the next time I called they told me I had to pay before hand. Last week my mother made my appt told them what it was for - and was going to pay they said no she didnt have to until my appointment. I found it odd so I called to confirm that my appt was for the procedure she said yes ( shouldve known then she answered to quick) I walk in today - shes saying oh we are going to continue your treatment plan with a cleaning and I said thats not what I am here for. explained that i recalled to confirm what the appt was for. She then stated the oral sx next date h is 5/2 . My coverage is up on the 30th so I told her to see if there was anything they can do. shorty goes to the back , comes back and says the tech is going to take a look at my teeth . Terrible experience - do not recommend this dental office My mom went to this dental office for a cleaning, but what they did was barely anything. I ended up having to take her to another dentist where they did a proper cleaning, and the difference was shocking. The original cleaning she received here was a disaster and actually led to a gum infection. On top of that, the customer service is horrible. Even after paying, when I called to file a complaint and ask for a possible refund, I was treated terribly. They were extremely rude and even hung up the phone on me. They aren't concerned with a patients' treatment plan as much as they are with a payment plan They convince patients into using their debit card so a third party credit company can withdraw directly from your Bank Account and charge you high interest rates on Dental procedures that you may have not even received. Imagine sitting in a dentist chair with utensils and suction hoses in your mouth and bright hi- intensity lights in your eyes, a dental assistant comes and shoves some kind of ipad or tablet in your face. Let's also not forget ourselves of the pain and discomfort that we are in that precipitated a visit to the Dentist to begin with. This dental assistant is oblivious to the patients needs and is just concerned with getting paid. They sent me home saying I had to heal before they can begin the recommended procedures. receptionist stated that the next appointment she had available was in eight weeks and did not have anything earlier at this time. I was still in pain, agitated, irritated and aggravated, To tired to argue. I returned in eight weeks to have the dental work that they made sure they were paid for in advance, to tell me everything was completed on my first visit . I am not sorry for my behavior at this time because I became extremely upset, like many would after having such a disparaging interaction with a dental professional whom I assumed had some integrity. Disappointed doesn't even begin to explain how I felt after visiting this office. I made an appt a week in advance and spent the time to confirm that my insurance was accepted and the visit would not be out of pocket. I arrived, waited over an hour only to be told that the reason I wasn't call in sooner is that the front desk told the assistant that I had left. Not true, sitting there the entire time. When I was finally brought into a treatment room, it was dirty with rusty spots on the floor and flakes of paint or rusted metal on the floor. It looked like a broom had not touched the floor all day at least. The final straw was being told, after an hour and forty-five minutes there, that my insurance would not be covering the procedure and I needed to pay out of pocket and file for a reimbursement and "maybe get a little back" in the words of the office manager. I left and told them that after being treated like this that I didn't trust them to do a procedure on me. I should have checked the reviews first, ended up wasting two and a half hours. read more

This place is a total fraud dental practice. They are also illegally taking payment from medicaid patients. We went for a simple tooth extraction. The first day we went for a consultation and was told that our insurance is very good and that our cost would be low. Then the day of the extraction with no prior notice we were told that our delta dental insurance is out of network and does not cover the costs and were pressured into signing a $2-3,000 bill for the extraction and to sign up for high interest financing. The first time I went to them, they screwed me and told me I needed a special cleaning which I fell for ended. I went there last October and waited a very long time to get my teeth cleaned and x-rays. Six months later I went back and had x-rays. Staff was nice enough, however no one explained anything they were doing, i could only imagine someone whose nervous or doesn't know whats going on having a hard time with tools being jammed into your mouth with 0 explanation. However my real gripe was i was told i had EIGHT cavities, quoted at $75 PER cavity WITH insurance. Yes a $600 cavity bill. Obviously i did not proceed with them and got a second opinion. Upon a more thorough and thoughtful exam somewhere else i was told i only had two and i had them both filled for less than $100. Don't go. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! The only reason why I went here is bc this was the only dentist I could find that took Guardian. First they told me I needed a scailling of my gums and it would be $700. I wound up paying it. After I paid it I found out they sent the claim into my insurance company to try to get the money. I called my insurance company and they told me if the office would have did a prior authorization they would have approved it. Then the last straw was I went back for a cleaning and they tell me $168! I told them NO it's FREE. She tells me I need the plaque off my teeth and the regular cleaning is just the polishing. This dentist office is run by a bunch of money grabbers. They've been rude and nasty to me since day 1 of me going there. I've been going to them for a few months now and twice they gave me a deep cleaning when my teeth DIDN'T need a deep cleaning. They made me have to a night guard saying that I "grind me teeth"which I don't need because I've already got a retainer that would prevent such things from happening. They also shaved one of my molars when they gave me my first crown on my lower left side they DON'T listen to their patients when they tell them anything I WOULDN'T recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. If I can give this place a negative star rating, I would. For starters, I am betting charged for services. That were never rendered. The GP attempted to do a root canal (something a specialist usually handles). I spoke with Sunbit the third party business they utilize for transactions in lieu of insurance on the procedure the office is to do to reimburse me for this. The office manager who claims to be "Alexis" was not only rude but refused to take care of the issue. She kept cutting me off on the phone while I am explaining to her. What the Dr actually did. She is trying to argue on validating the charges. She hangs up, I called "multiple" times. The office staff, picks up, and hangs up. Every single call. In the course of less than 15 mins I came to the office to speak to the manager and the young girl in the front. Tall with blue eyes tells me at 4:48pm the Office manager is not in the office. Refuses to give me any information on the office manager. Before entering the office, I can see the two females in the front chit chatting and picking up the calls and hanging up. While I am there, inside the office, I call the office and the other Spanish looking young girl, looks at the phone and answers it only because she could hear the people in the lobby. And says "pls hold". I stated, it's nice of you to actually answer and say something instead of just hanging up the phone. She looks at me extremely disgustingly unprofessional, and says "I'm busy" mind you, I've already seen them "not busy" and chatting. Then the other young lady proceeds to get loud and rude with a nasty attitude and unprofessional and say "how can we help you" even though, I've been asking for a way to get in contact with the office manager. This is the worst dental office in history. They will send bills to insurance companies for something they never did. Received a bill that they did cleanings and applied fluoride in which they never had the chance to do because of the horrendous service LAUREN provided and I walked out the office after letting her know she's very unprofessional then another stating they provided certain X-rays versus the one they actually did. Again the service is very unprofessional, they talk about patients and are very rude. Lauren is very unprofessional, have no class, no communication skills therefore, I took my business elsewhere! It seems the doctor at this office have a thing for Lauren as I told him what happened he said nothing to her and did nothing as she's still there. I called to ask if my insurance covered crowns and the lady told me that was information she could not tell me. She said I have to make an appointment, I told her that I couldn't because why am I gonna make an appointment if I don't know if it'll be covered by my insurance, she told me there was no way to tell me that information. I only wanted to know if there was coverage. The lady told me in a very feisty way no. I asked for her name and she said "for what" and I told her I needed her name to know who I was talking to, and she told me she couldn't give me her name. So then I asked to speak to her supervisor/and or manager and she told me she was the supervisor. I asked once again for her name and she said no and just hung up the phone.
