Ultimately I decided on a full replacement system (new pump, back up pump with controller and WiFi monitoring) as the old system was 6+ years old. Very very pleased and now feel my sump situation is well under control and monitored. Going to have these guys back for additional plumbing upgrades in my home. Polite, prompt, courteous and with a definite customer service is important attitude. Hard to find these days - Nick is a diamond in the rough! They do a great job and I call them for all of my plumbing jobs. The only problem I think they have is that they are pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a while to get out to us so if you have an immediate problem, I would call but not sure how quickly they can respond due to the amount of business they are experiencing.

He promised an estimate for both repairs -- if practical -- and replacement, for a similar quality unit. Bert was a nice gentlemen, but I have not TO THIS DAY ever heard back from him. Similarly with the receptionist at the office. She seems to be a very nice lady, but except for one return call, in January, to one of my three followups, it's been all crickets from her as well. I gave up long ago but thought prospective customers deserve a heads up. Edit: I just looked at my review as posted and have no idea how I got associated with San Francisco, CA.
