Chris showed up a little bit early, talked me through the details of my kit installation (needed some adjusting due to the awkward location of my tub), and got right to work. He had a true eye for detail and was incredibly thorough - even cleaned up afterward. Before, my bathroom and tub looked horrible - and now, it's gorgeous! The original stopper rotted out and when removing it, the top came off but the threads remained in the pipe. After trying a couple of ways, the technician was able to carefully remove the remaining part for the original plug and successfully installed a new one. This saved us the expense of having to cut through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom and replace parts of the drain and overflow. It was refreshing that he tried multiple times to do it the "easy way", and avoid a more costly repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

(Also he had a sticker on it) He found several things wrong. Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board. He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty. He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost. (Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering. I was glad to hand him the check. The owner came out himself. It ended up still needing a replacement, and Plain City had the best communication with us. We ended up going with them even though they didn't have the lowest price, because they were trustworthy. Again, the owner came out and did all the work himself. He arrived when he said he would and took the time he said he would take. The work was completed on time, and he left the area clean. A really nice company that I would not hesitate to use again.
