I really hate to post this because the food is actually really good. The customer service does not match the atmosphere! Now I know that lunch can be one of the busiest times but I'm baffled right now. We arrived around 11:20...one of the first in that sitting area for the waitress. The drinks should come before the food, understandably. But, there shouldn't be a reason why other parties arrived 10-15mins after us and have already gotten their drinks and appetizers. It's takes me to go up there and ask about our order at 11:40 about our drinks for the waitress to then come with our drinks and say "i was putting all of your orders in". When she arrived with our drinks, 2 of each were brought out for everyone. Think about that, you wouldn't bring 2 drinks for everyone unless you know you messed up or did something incorrect. Its unreasonable and it's not something that is being too much to ask for. Something needs to be done. Now, if I didn't tip, I would be wrong. Is this customer service deserving of anything less than no tip. I will be the bigger person and still tip, because everyone has families to feed, but I probably will pass on coming here again knowing there will be bad customer service. read more

Where oh where do I begin? Everyone said "y'all gotta to to Bozo's", so we did. Was it good: YES. Were the portions more than generous: YES. Were the cocktails inexpensive: YES. This place is just as good as the original bozos deli next door. They still load your plate up, and I've never left here hungry. I have one time moved over to jerry lees parking lot after eating at bozos and taken a fat nap. Their seafood is unbeatable. Better than most people can make at home. Their gumbo is great for restaurant gumbo. The poboys are loaded with the meat of your choice. A little hidden gem they have is their hamburgers. They are massive and cheap. They take a while to cook, but they are juicy and about the price of a sonic burger. I love their shrimp, on a poboy or alone. They also have a full bar in here, which is always a plus. The drink prices are pretty good. Parking is kinda shoddy, but you get in where you fit in. read more

Prices are great and quantities are abundant. Everything we tried was done well. Dinner was so good that we went back the next night for dinner again. The fried green tomatoes were awesome and the oysters Florentine with smoked oysters couldn't have been better. The baked Wahoo was a treat , hadn't had Ono since I was Hawaii years ago. The shrimp and crab claws were also very good, had them both fried and boiled both ways were excellent. This is in no way a reflection of the food which is excellent. However an enjoyable dining experience depends to a great extent on the attitude of the server. We were seated next to a family whose child was playing computer games with no earbuds. This was extremely annoying and distracting so we nicely asked our server to move us to another table. She did so with some attitude. Our food was delivered, which was excellent as it usually was. However she never inquired to see if wanted another glass of wine, or how our meal was. We definitely did not feel welcome. I will end this rather scathing review by stating that the first two times we visited were excellent and we plan to return and hope that we get a different server. read more

Soo good! Loud atmosphere inside when it's packed, we sat outside and enjoyed the amazing weather. They have outside games to play and a musician for entertainment. Music was a little loud for conversations at our table. Food was amazing! Onion rings were a let down, very small portion of them. Our table got a wide variety of food and it was all amazing! Came here on a weekday and it was very packed and parking was hard to find. I'd suggest you drop off your company to get on the wait list while the driver goes off to park if you see that it's another busy day for them. I ordered a shrimp po boy and it has been just as good as any other place I've ordered it during my visit to MS. They definitely give you a generous amount of shrimp on your po boy and was very crispy as well. You will get full of this plate for sure. During my visit here, it was super busy and service was very slow. So slow I think I saw two parties leave their table. It sucked to see that happen but I know mistakes happen and being busy, I just waited patiently for our food. The only advice I would give to new comers is that, if you see it's busy I'm sure it's gonna take a bit of a wait to get seated and served. But, best thing you can do is to just keep waving down your server and see what's up. The food here was great nonetheless and I would give this place another chance but probably on an off day. read more

I absolutely love Bozos Too. It's a wonderful continuation of Bozos' business model, and a great place to have a leisurely meal with friends. When the weather permits, the back deck is a fun place to hang out. There are games in the back for kids, which was great when I accompanied my niece and nephews for lunch one day. While the prices are a bit more than the deli portion of the business, it is completely understandable, as the portions are absolutely massive. I think the value is great, the staff is super sweet, and the food is absolutely delicious. This is one of my favorite spots in town. The shrimp and grits are extraordinary. read more

Our first, but certainly not our last, trip to Bozo's Too. We had to wait maybe 15 minutes for a table, not a problem. Once we were seated at a cleaned & paper covered table, our server, Kim, was right there. Didn't take long for our food to arrive. Oh my gracious!!!! Great experience and great food. The portions are huge! We showed up with 12 people and with a bit of shuffling they accommodated us just fine. The BBQ shrimp was respectable but I especially liked the sautéed veggies and sautéed green beans. Two family members got the overloaded shrimp poboy which is too big for a human to consume. They loved it though. Some of the best onion rings you can eat. Pretty good beer selection and a huge bar with several televisions. My wife has to be gluten-free so she had to get the shrimp cocktail and she seemed to be satisfied. If you are strictly GF you will be very limited. Such potential wasted by incredibly undisciplined waitress. We got our table at 6:00 pm, and then our water arrived...one glass at a time...at 10 minute intervals...and then refills...10 minutes apart. We order fried pickles, which were of great portions and very reasonably priced ($5). At 7:05 our neighboring tables, which had been sitting for maybe 10 minutes, were served. I asked the waitress what was the hold up, she says "I'm not sure". At 7:15 we canceled our sandwich order and paid our $5.45. At 7:18, food came to our table. The wrong food came to the table. Without a single apology or acknowledgement of error, the waitress took the food back. We left and didn't even bspeak to management. My suggestion is just go next door, it seems to have a more customer centric food service plan. read more

Bozo's head chef recently left and the place has hit rock bottom. I waited for more than two hours for my food. Everyone at my table was sorely disappointed. Beautiful snapper fillets were cooked rock hard, the food was cold once it arrived, and we never received our salads and sides. Went there for lunch. The food was amazing! I ordered the shrimp po-boy overload. It was basically a pound of fried shrimp with a sandwich buried in the pile. And I definitely enjoyed digging it out. The leftovers, which reheated surprisingly well, were dinner. The service was great. They even helped my wife and I out with a few tourists questions. Oh! And the draft beer was nice and cold! I had a really unhappy experience there today. We were with a large group celebrating a friend's birthday and while the guy playing music and our waiter were both kind and friendly, one of our group didn't get her food and the fries I was served were the ends and pieces and were fried hard. I didn't bother the waiter because he was already getting crap about the missing order but I wrote on the back of my receipt and they ignored it. I told them I would leave a bad review. My table mates were served long soft fries and I was not. I can't afford to eat out often and to have such a preventable bad experience is discouraging.
