A second episode occurred where the gas pump got stuck and gas over flooded someone's tank. They then wanted to charge them for the gas. Lastly, the staff is rude and inconsiderate of the community they serve. Old people cannot walk into the store, wait in line for a receipt, and walk back to their car. I'm suggesting new management. Lots of gas pumps that were pretty full. I was lucky to pull in just as someone was pulling out.

I checked in at 11:50 a.m. for a DOT inspection, and by 5:50 p.m. I had been waiting six hours with no inspection completed. Around 4:00 p.m., I went inside to ask for an update. Instead of receiving helpful customer service, one employee responded with an unprofessional attitude and told me the mechanic had gone out on a roadside assistance call. He simply said I would have to keep waiting until they called me. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing several employees sitting around talking while customers were waiting for service. If there was going to be such a long delay because the mechanic was unavailable, someone should have informed me much earlier so I could have made other arrangements instead of wasting an entire day. I understand that roadside emergencies happen, but six hours of waiting with little communication is unacceptable. Professionalism, communication, and respect for customers' time were seriously lacking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location, and I hope management addresses these issues so other drivers don't have to go through the same frustration.
