After going to Newton Gulf a few years for annual car inspections I finally had an oil change…read morethere. Usually I went to another garage requiring an appointment. Newton Gulf said come on in. George was v friendly both in-person & on the phone. The price was fair, service excellent. Afterward George told me that the brakes were low, needed a brake job for front brakes. I had been told by prior garage that my brakes were wearing & would need a brake job probably at next service. Again, the price was fair. Since then the smell like something was burning is gone & the previous garage had been unable to fix that. I like the service at Newton Gulf. Both George, the owner, and Giovanni, his technician have helped me get ready for winter. I'm coming back.

There's a welcoming, local community vibe to this gas station. People stopping by to get gas (or to get their car fixed) know the workers, and vice versa. I recently came here because my driver's side headlight was out and they were able to swap out the bulb and fix the light within 30 minutes. Incredible. During my visit, they noticed I could use some more antifreeze and filled me up without hesitation. How amazing!! I come here for gas all the time and I also to do my annual state inspection here. The inspection is $35 cash and it takes about 15 minutes start to finish.

I've stopped coming here for gas after having more than one instance where the gas ran out on me in the middle of it being pumped and I have to turn my car on and reverse to the pump behind me.
