An HOUR later I had to ASK if it would be much longer, and was shrugged off by the girl behind the counter. She "had to just guess" was her excuse. I had wasted an hour, leaving without a haircut would have doubled the waste, so 20 MORE minutes pass before I finally got a seat. An hour and 20 minutes without an apology or explanation. Nope, sit there watching the barbers stop cutting hair to yell back and forth to each other about inane topics. Guess they make enough money to turn off potential loyal customers? Anyway, the haircut was good at least. Even though my request was simple and not very time consuming. Would have been enough for TWO stars, if I hadn't been informed that they don't take bank cards and I HAD to use the ATM they had. Right next to the counter, of course. Convenient.
