There bid for our home's exterior and perimeter fence was somewhere between the lowest and highest. Jason came for the estimate. His professional and friendly demeanor won our trust. He also made me get a lead test to make sure that both his crew, my family, and the environment were safe before he started work. My wife and I took until the last second to choose our colors, and when we presented Luis with what we wanted, he told us that what we chose will look awesome initially, but because we wanted the house painted to dark, we're likely to see some fading in a few years, and it might leave us a little bummed.
