Good selection of bra but horrible management with very, very bad attitude on the phone. They will NOT give you any money back if you change your mind about a purchase even if you've never picked it up, even if they made a mistake ordering the wrong item. If you decide to go against my advice and give them your business, if you are given the option not to pay in advance TAKE IT. I have been struggling with them for almost four months. That's FOUR months. I can go into a lengthy story of what happened but let me just summarize it this way: First visit to the store bought 2 ordered 2, second visit found out the 2 ordered were the wrong size, tried other models, bought one, ordered 2, 8 weeks and 4 phone calls later I was notified that the bras ordered were not the colors I thought we had agreed to, they insist that I'm making it up and that I wanted black and white which is what they got me, they refuse to give me any money back even though the items haven't even been shipped from UK. Yes, you read correctly, the items were not delivered and i'm still not being given any money back! I HAVE TO pick something else from the store. Keep this in mind when you shop. Also, no matter what happens, if they type something in the system, that's the truth! The customer is NEVER right in this store. When they ordered the wrong size, they claimed I asked for it. When they order the wrong color, they claim I knew about it and agreed to it. Their proof? It's in the system! What the heck does that mean??!! It's in the system? Well of course it's in the system, that's because of incompetence of clerks! I'll go one more time only because somehow I have to spent $200 worth store credit but rest assured that this will be the very last time I'll make the trip. read more

My tailor suggested Bra-la-la with the highest praise for acquiring suitable undergarments for my wedding dress. I am small - about 105lb and 5'4". And I have, er, modest upper assets. I've tried lots of bras from everywhere (because I have enough up top to need a bra, just not enough rib-cage breadth to find one that fits). So off to Bra-la-la I go. But first, I call. Because it's an hour long trek for me to get there and I want to be sure they have stock enough to warrant a trip. Don't worry, they said. We have so much, they said. We'll have something to fit you, they said. I told them I don't know my size because no one will tell it to me since no one can sell me a bra that small and they want me to just buy their smallest stock. Well, Bra-la-la wouldn't tell me either!!! I got there, they measured me, and the whole experience was awful! They had EXACTLY ONE BRA IN A 28. AND IT WAS BLACK. AM I WEARING A BLACK BRA UNDER A WEDDING DRESS? NO. And besides that, WHY NOT TELL ME OVER THE PHONE YOUR LIMITED STOCK!?!? That is why I called ahead. The lady who worked with me as very rude. She kept trying to convince me to buy the black bra that was a 28 and still falling down with size D underwire cups that were so big they were, in the 10 minutes I had it on, drilling big red welts into my rib case as I STOOD. FREAKING. STILL. Her solution to keep the bra from falling off and gaping at the top was to have be buy boob inserts.... so $80 bra that hurts, doesn't stay on, and isn't the right color plus $50 boob enhancers is the best option...? She told me that "clearly you can't wear underwire." I showed up in a bra with underwire that was fine... She wouldn't accept that it was hurting, either. She basically told me I was unhelpable. She said, "you should have your seamstress tailor a bra you already own." .....because these $7 Ross 32A's I've been making do with are going to stay on me properly as a strapless bra when I'm clearly a 26D or 28C? What sort of solution is that? Eventually I ended up being the one to ask about long bra's, to which she said, "oh.... yeah we have some of those...." Seriously? I make a 2 hour round trip to a specialty bra store that I called in advance fpr and you tell me I'm hopeless and fail to bring up all the options? And I have to do your job...? O.o That is when my mom got involved because, well, I was crying. And this lady had the nerve to tell us that "I'm asking too much." And when I asked what she meant, the lady basically stuttered something along the lines of how I wanted a bra that fit but I didn't want to pay over $100 so I told her, "Okay well at this point forget my price point. Just bring out what you have that will fit me - I'll pay anything." And she said, "You've seen everything we have that will fit you." Are. You. Serious. It is asking too much for me to go to a specialty bra store and want 1) a bra that fits - i.e. stays up, doesn't stab me in the ribs till I cry, and does not require boob inserts keep from gaping a clear view of everything to anyone taller than me; 2) a bra that is preferably no more than $100 but could be if it's otherwise perfect; and 3) a bra that is white, because it's for a wedding dress, and that's sort of what you do. So basically of all those things really just it's asking too much to want A BRA THAT FITS. And she had the audacity to accuse me of asking too much when the reality is there isn't anything in this store that will fit me...? You're a specialty bra store! THIS IS WHAT YOU DO!!!! I ended up with an ill fitting long bra that my tailor is trying to make work for me. It took 6+ weeks to come. I had to call them over and over and over to get any info out of them regarding why it was taking so long. I really hope this lady was just having an off day because she was immensely pregnant and therefore uncomfortable, but it was an awful experience and I left feeling terrible about my body - and I'm usually pretty comfy in my skin. I shouldn't go to an expensive specialty boutique and be made to cry. I will never go back. read more

Most of us are wearing the wrong bra size. That's probably not a shocker to you, especially if you're a woman who struggles to find bras that fit well among department store racks or has settled for an approximation of fit by adjusting band size or cup size until you find something that covers and doesn't dig. I know plenty of girls (some of whom I have taken to Bra La La) who know their bra size isn't what they buy or wear and have been wearing for years, and maybe even have properly sized themselves with a tape measure, but can't find something they want to wear when looking to those "failing" letters of the alphabet (D, E, F and beyond). The unspoken punishment for having formidable breasts is apparently to cover them with boring, huge, "nude" cover-ups that will kill any interest generated in them before the brassiere appeared. I say "brassiere" because at that point, no mere three letter word can contain the fabric and wire and foam constructs that must contain them. Bra-La-La offers plenty of options for bra sizes into K and band sizes to 50. I'm an F (which pretty much eliminates ever buying a bra that really fits at a normal store) and have been presented with different color, style, and silhouette options from multiple manufacturers. If you don't want black, white, or "nude", you're not limited to a boring, conservative piece of under armor. The ladies who fit you are, as a whole, sweethearts with great patience. In terms of their knowledge and acumen fitting and selecting items, it varies. I had to have two women fit me the first time I was measured because the one wasn't sure she was doing it right. Simple enough to amend. They will also, if you have a group planning on coming in, close off the store to your private party for a couple hours. We had a bachelorette outing here. We brought our own wine and the store provided some munchables and a bottle for us, as well. It made the whole afternoon very comfortable, and everyone walked away with something supportive. Each piece is going to run you somewhere between $35 and $120. I haven't had issues telling the women who work there to avoid the higher-price range items; I can't afford them and I won't be likely to buy them. That being said, it's pretty much guaranteed I'm going to walk out with a couple pretties. That's why I'm not there that often. Worth the trip. I will say, however, that the pieces I own from Bra-La-La are my best fitting, and often best looking items in my closet. read more

If there is one thing that I hate, it is bra shopping! I always end up buying the wrong size or style, thinking that because it fit fine for the 30 seconds that I tried it on in the department store, it will work, only to have it fit miserably for a 12+ hour day. That all changed when I visited Bra-la-la! I was pretty sure that I was wearing the wrong size and indeed my suspicions were correct when I was measured. Sara was the consultant that helped me and she did a phenomenal job of finding me comfortable and proper fitting garments. I explained to her my love-hate relationship with underwire (love the support, hate the wire poking me everywhere), she brought in 3 different styles for me to try on. She recommended that I make different moments in the fitting room to simulate sitting, standing, bending etc. to make sure there wasn't too much movement in the band and cups and that the bra was comfortable. I ended up purchasing 2 of those styles and couldn't be happier! They even offered to order me the 3rd style that I liked, but without the underwire (I may still end up doing that); Sara made a note in my file of the size and style and said I could just call and place the order over the phone. This is a great place to come to if you have any doubts about the size or style that you are wearing. The prices might be higher than department stores (my 2 bras averaged about $70 each), but the personalized attention is well worth it and the "girls" certainly appreciate the proper fit. read more

I didn't have a good experience here when being fitted for my wedding. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend it.

If you absolutely despise bra shopping, this is the place you should go! The service is amazing and you are completely taken care of through the entire experience. You'll be measured for size and then asked what you like. The associate will then bring you a huge selection of bras in your correct size of all different colors, styles, etc. You never have to leave the room, they do the work for you! All you have to do is focus on comfort. Prices range from $25 to $130 and i think i ended up finding a few somewhere in the middle. Quality is much better than Victoria Secret and the employees are much better trained. All they're missing is a little champagne! :-) read more

This is a classy boutique with an intimate and stylish feel. They also have an incredible selection and even had my unique size in stock. Unfortunately, there is a huge downside to this boutique and that is the overbearing and aggressive sales associates. I usually consider myself very strong, even in the face of a pushy salesperson. I have now idea how I let myself be so manipulated. I knew exactly what I needed when I came into the boutique, and let myself be talked into purchasing an $80 bra that is two sizes too small and leaves red marks on my sides. Needless to say, it is incredibly painful to wear and completely worthless to me as is. Also, unfortunately for me, I have already washed the bra, and the store policy is no returns (not even for store credit) for items with their tags removed. I am going to invest in some band extenders to attempt to salvage this purchase because the bra itself is very high quality. I am especially frustrated because I knew better than to purchase the smaller band size. This is such a disappointment because this could have been such a wonderful purchase if I could have had what I wanted and asked for when I can into the boutique. My advice: if you go, bring a friend so that you can team up against the sales ladies if pushed in the wrong direction. Admittedly, I went on a terrible day--when the Living Social deal was expiring--and had to wait 2 hours. But the wait was worth it. The staff kept the doors open past closing for those of us who had waited, I felt comfortable with my fitter (who was excellent at looking at my eyes, which is nice when you're shirtless in a fitting room), and I left with stuff that makes me feel confident. Because of COVID I made an appointment in advance (for the record, the employees were masked and my sales associate went out of her way to wash her hands before helping me). I'm pretty well endowed and a little tricky to fit - the woman who worked with me understood my needs right away and brought me some wonderful options. She really knew her stuff and I felt like I learned a lot about what to look for in the future from talking to her. I got exactly what I came for and more - their lingerie is so beautiful (even for bigger girls) and I couldn't resist making a few unplanned purchases. The owner of the store came by and introduced herself and also spoke to me for a while as I was checking out. She's a wonderful person and so lovely to chat with. I've shopped at Bra-la-la many times and have always had outstanding service! You can't ask for a better assortment of bras, at times I feel like I'm in there forever; there are so many to try.... The clerks are so committed to finding something I like, and fits me well. Remember ladies, when we gain and lose weight, our bra size is probably changing too. I have had to return items too when I got the bras home and have tried them with other tops and not liked the way it looked and never had any issues like the ones other people mention. For a bra boutique, I was not impressed. I waivered between 2 or 3 stars, but settled on 3 because they are the only place aside from Nordstrom that I can find my size (a 32G). You can learn the basics of a good fit from bra la la staff, but I was more impressed with my fitting at Nordstrom. I expected a bra boutique to be at least as good as a department store, but that was not the case. Bra la la does not have racks from which you pick bras to try on. You are escorted to a fitting room and measured. The staff will ask preferences on underwire, seams, etc. Then they bring bras for you to try on and they will check the fit. This is nice in theory, however it leaves you trying on many bras you would never choose to purchase. I suppose you could find a good bra this way, but I know I would never buy something I found to look unattractive or matronly. The first time I went here, they only had 3 or 4 bras even close to my size, but none of them fit well and provided a good shape under clothing. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I was given the option to order one of the bras in a larger cup size since they didn't carry it in store, but the bra was ugly and not worth buying. Plus, I can order any bra I want online myself; the whole purpose of going to the store is getting to try MY size on. On my second visit, they had expanded the selected significantly, so I can only hope that they will continue to grow. They had about 8 bras that I could try on. All but one were a good size, but were either uncomfortable or gave a pointy shape under clothing, so I ended up picking just one to buy. I loved another one and was going to order it, but was told it would take several months before I received it, so I passed. One good point to mention is that the prices at bra la la are comparable to the online retailers I frequent. Service was mediocre. When I think of a boutique, I expect personalized assistance with purchasing. The staff seemed disorganized and often seemed to disappear, but they were all very nice and they do not push you to buy a bra that you aren't 100% satisfied with (like some places do). I was hoping this place would become my number one recommendation to friends looking for a good bra fit, but unfortunately it's just not there yet. I sure hope it continues to improve because it could be a great business. If you've never been fitted at a reputable location, I do recommend going to get fitted ASAP, and bra la la will certainly get you into a properly fitting bra! read more

Two stars only because the girl who helped me was really sweet and made a genuine effort to help. I wear a 36GG-36H. I have a hard time finding bras and generally just buy online. That being said, If I ever find somewhere that has what I need I would never buy online again. I went in looking for a cute set in black. However, I'll always buy everything someone can find me in dark colors or patterns, set or not. After being shown about a dozen bras in assorted sizes the sales person was unable to find a single bra that fit me, let alone something that would have been what I was looking for. Most of the bras I was shown were very matronly looking ( I'm 26). That's sad because the amount progress I've seen in my market is quite impressive. This is more what I would have expected five or more years ago. I'm not a fan of the fact that there's no browsing. You sign in and are taken directly to a fitting room and are never able to see the inventory. read more

This is a late review, but since I have been yelping mostly negative reviews, I thought I would change that. This store is amazing!! I have gained a significant amount of weight and knew that VS bras were not working for me anymore!! I tried Macy's and even Target. I was doing 36D, then 38D because I really had no idea what size I was. However, I always had that "saggy" look. I remember Oprah saying the right bra can actually make you look like you've lost weight. I went in over Spring Break (most likely April) and it was practically empty. I'm a teacher so I was off, I guess everyone else was at work. Immediately, a young woman came over to my friend and I to assess our needs. I found out I was a 36DDD!!! I had no idea that was even a size. The salesclerk had recently had a baby (I forgot her name) but clearly knows the importance of customer service. I've sold high end luxury goods before and she clearly was trained right!! She bought in at least 10 bras and then left me alone to try them on. She was not a pest, nor was she overbearing as some salespeople are that work on commission. However, she did not forget about me and did the occasional checking in. Also, if you have ever shopped in a seedy area or a lower end store, they will watch you like a hawk and constantly bang on the door. No one wants to feel like that. She was passing me $180 dollar bras like water! Secondly, it is extremely important to LISTEN to your client's needs. I told her exactly what I wanted, black or nude lace, full coverage, underwire. She did not waste my time by showing me items that she felt I would like. No, she bought me in what I requested. She offered to order anything I wanted if they did not have the color. She is also a smart saleswoman bringing me in some lower ended pieces with the high end stuff. That's what smart salespeople do, bc even if something is above my budget, if it fits like a dream, I will sacrifice and make the splurge. I ended up spending about $300( and she gave me a coupon for $20 off). I feel like I did get a lot for my $$ though. My 3 bras were from Wacoal, Le Mystere and my favorite a Freya black and white print almost a bustier type of bra. I loved the Freya so much I also picked up the matching thong and briefs. Talk about making a customer feel special!! They even gave me care instructions to make my bras last. I moved here from NYC and my mom is still in the city, but I have been raving about this place to her and my sis. As soon as they come up, we are making a trip. Bra-la-la in Maple Lawn offers fine lingerie, and custom fittings. Prices are high, but the quality of the underwear speaks for itself. Quite a bit of it is imported from Europe. If you have issues that require special underwear, like nursing, or surgery, they can help. If you're a hard to fit size, ditto. They do wedding wear. And also, if you just have a niggling feeling that your bras don't fit right, they give each person an individualized fitting, and bring a ton of gorgeous stuff for you to try on. They have coupons from time to time in the various free magazines. I deducted one star because while the owner is a great fitter, as is most of the staff, on my first go in there, I got a younger person, who really wasn't quite as with it as the others, and one of the bras I spent a fortune on (and took the tag off...) really doesn't fit me all that well. However, the other one was so nice, I ordered a second just like it. So I just have that one caveat - I would ask for the owner, or go for the older ladies if the owner's not there, for your initial fitting. And enjoy the better fitting bra feeling, I know I am! read more

My experience here was just awful. I've always had problems finding a good bra, so I finally decided to just spend the money needed to be comfortable. Long story short when they measured me it was extremely sloppy, and after that they ignored everything I wanted and tried to push limp lacy bras with absolutely no support on me even after I had explicitly stated over and over that wasn't what I wanted. Tired of fighting with them I told them I wanted the only bra that offered any support (the rest were vapid attempts at being "sexy") and asked to order two in the correct color. A month later they finally contacted me saying the bra had arrived, and when I picked it up it was just as uncomfortable as the bra I had before I went there. read more

This store was everything I'd hoped it would be. The woman who helped me, Rona, was just awesome. She made me feel totally at ease and was attentive without being intrusive. What a lovely lady. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise. What a revelation to learn (finally) what fits me properly. I paid more than I would have in a department store, but I would not find the high-quality products in dept. stores, and I wouldn't have the expert assistance of Rona. The staff helping me during my fitting were very professional and helpful, but they seemed to be stretched thin on a Sunday afternoon. I spent a lot of time just waiting in the dressing room while they were assisting other customers. The nursing bras I was shown seemed to be good quality albeit expensive (which I expected), and the size selection was much better than at department stores. Ultimately, they did not have the size/style I needed in stock so I left empty-handed after 1.5 hours. They did offer to order it for me, but I didn't want to put any money down without trying it on first. I would try it again in the future when I have several hours to spend trying on bras. read more

I walked in and was immediately disappointed. There is nothing to look at in the shop. All of the bras are kept in the back for some odd reason. When the salesgirl finally came out to assist me, she assumed that I did not know my size and when I told her I did, she questioned me about how I could possibly have this information. She then asked me what I was looking for, and I explained the styles that I liked. She went in the back and grabbed a few things (note, none of them were actually in the styles I asked for) and all of them were hideous. I'm 26, not 46. I want something fun and exciting. I tried them on anyway, trying to keep an open mind, and as I expected, nothing looked right. I know my girls and I know the support they need and either it was saggy boob city, Madonna circa 1980s, or sooo much coverage it should be sent to a convent. This is the only place that I go to buy my bras. Since the first time I came to Bra La La and was properly fitted, I found myself constantly reaching for the two bras that I purchased from this store and disappointed if I had to wear any others. From that first visit, I have returned many times and from my many visits there, I have found out that Mary, the owner, has been to "bra fitting school" in both California and New York City. I didn't know that such a thing existed, but I am not entirely surprised. Bra La La will not sell you a bra that isn't a proper fit. I have also brought my teen daughter here. The staff is very good at making young girls feel comfortable. The store seems to carry a large inventory for a specialty store. That being said, this is not a large box department store without service. While they have usually had my size, once or twice, the store ordered something that wasn't in stock. It came quickly and without hassle. Moreover, it was more than worth the short wait to have a comfortable, attractive, properly fitting bra that makes me look fabulous in my clothes! read more

Being pregnant there have been some major changes in my body. And as a result new bras are not only welcome, but extremely necessary! A friend recommended this place to me and I'm so glad she did. I had a fitting and consultation with Roni. She was so helpful and wonderful. It isn't always easy to feel sexy and beautiful when your body is changing so drastically. But after my fitting I felt great. Roni brought me some of the most beautiful and soft and supportive bras ever! And I happily walked out with two beautiful and comfortable bras. As well as extenders in case they get a tiny bit snug between now and the time the baby makes his/her arrival! I would have bought more and even perused the pajamas but there was just no way. And I recognize that quality isn't and my comfort is important. So I walked out with two (wearing one of them) and would highly recommend this place for those who can afford it. I am a very busty women and have always had issues finding a bra. On that note, I have not been able to wear a bra with underwire in it for years due to pain and just flat out not being comfortable. Nicole was great and very quick to get my sized. She brought back numerous selections for me. Usually if I can find a bra, it is far from cute but that was not the case here. I returned a very, very expensive bra today, unworn, with tags still on, as required. Then I learned, much to my dismay, that the store has a policy of giving no refunds, just exchange or store credit for returns. The original clerk and I discussed the store's return policy, but she never mentioned this shoddy provision.The clerk handling my return pointed out that the no refund policy is on the receipt, However, this warning is in very small print on a paper receipt you never see until after you made the purchase. Very unfair, and beyond that, this is a very sleazy, low-rent practice favored by shady operators, not by high-end shops that flaunt their exclusivity. Condescending to the max! Spoke with Gina over the phone to inquire about a specialty strapless bra for a wedding dress. She would not let me speak, kept talking over me, and would not listen to my question or to what is was I was seeking. She was adamant that I was wearing the wrong size bra (how I do not know considering she has never seen me in person or measured me). She insisted the wedding dress was mandatory for the bra fitting instead of answering the one question I had which was if they carried a particular type of garment. I have been wearing high-end bras for years as I am an unusual size (32DDD or 34DD) and have been "fitted" by "professionals" if that was Gina was attempting to call herself. Save yourself the arrogance and go to Bare Necessities in Green Spring Station - it is worth the drive and the time - they just did not have what I needed this time. read more

The employees in this store are always in the back and it takes 5 to 10 minutes for them to acknowledge you - but only to let you know they're busy and you'll have to wait. Very disappointing experience. My friend and I went bra shopping at Bra La La 6 weeks ago. I drive there from Rockville (45mins) because I heard they were great. To my disappointment that was not my experience, the bras I wanted were not in stock, I was told by the sales girl (Christine) that I would receive within 2 weeks. Two weeks pass I call the boutique Christine explains that it may take a bit (1 week) longer but will she will look into personally and get back to me. Three weeks have gone by I haven't heard anything but yet I've paid for my items. When I call to tell Christine j no longer want the bras her response is she will give me store credit. Why would I drive another 45 minutes for bad service? No thank you! After speaking to the manager Rana, also not pleasant and hung up on me to help "another customer". This has been one of the worst shopping experiences. I will never go back and will make sure to tell my friends the same. read more

Wish I'd come to this site before going to this store! TERRIBLE customer service is right! I went to pick out a new bra and got some ok help but nothing special. Spent about 15 minutes and found one I thought was pretty good, but I wanted to see how it would look with a tight shirt. When I got it home I realized it didn't work well at all. Then I decided on a whim to look up the bra online to see whether there were others by the same company I might like better. LO AND BEHOLD the same bra was more than 1/3 less everywhere else. No exaggeration - marked up from $32 to $50. I went to try to return the bra, which I didn't like (and was overpriced) and they WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. They claim I was told about everything being final sale but that is absolutely untrue. The policy is on the receipt on the second page, but I would already have had to pay for the bra before seeing that. I had the bra less than a week, all tags on, in the same bag and I'd only had it on for about 10 minutes to see how it worked with my shirt. I find this unbelievable. AND THEY WERE RUDE ABOUT IT ALL. I have been here three times and Bralala never disappoints. This place isn't a store, it is a boutique by every definition...cozy, pleasant, personal, very well appointed comfortable dressing rooms and there's even a waiting area with comfortable seating. My sales assistant, Sara, was incredibly patient and helpful to not just myself, but to everyone she was helping. And although she did get quite busy at times, I never felt neglected. If you come in with an open mind (meaning not hell bent on believing you are a 34C) then you will find the experience rewarding. I found that my personal measurement is a guideline. Because she's a pro, Sara used my 34DD measurement to pick from a number of bras that ranged from 32DDD to 34E depending on style, designer and material. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Caveat, be very sure about your selection because the bras are expensive ($50 and up) they only do store credit, no refunds, and only within 10 days. If you're on the fence I recommend you come back a month later and see what's new. And if you don't feel comfortable with the person who is assisting you I would suggest making an appointment and request to have someone more experienced help you. With the summer coming up I'm sure I'll be back for another bra or two...can't wait :) read more

OK, this is my second review, but I had to give this place ANOTHER 5 stars. After turning 60 and having a hysterectomy a few years ago, I found that gravity was taking its toll on my "girls," sigh. So I went in for a new bra wardrobe and walked out looking, and feeling, 10 years younger. Wow. If this could be you, check your side view in a mirror and see where your bustline falls--it should be halfway between your shoulders and waist. If yours is trending toward your knees (!), then get yourself to Bra-La-la and see what they can do for you. I walked out with 4, count 'em, new, wonderful, bras in all the styles I need for any occasion: a COMFORTABLE (honest!) nude convertible (i.e., strapless with optional straps), a white cotton one with inch-wide shoulder straps for working out, a really fun gray knit racerback with a lace half-medallion in the middle of the back, and a beautiful demi with soft moulded cups in off- black. They all do, ahem, what I need them to do, without looking--or feeling--stiff and unnatual. Did I spend a lot of money? Well, yes. Was it worth every penny? You betcha! I've visited this store 2-3 different times with my mom. I first came when I had a unique request for maternity lingerie/nursing bras. I didn't like the selection in local superstores and the mall. I found what I was looking for and more here. I received a bra fitting and then the consultant immediately brought me two bras that fit like gems and looked cute. I couldn't be more pleased. I returned again after nursing to be fitted and purchase a new bra. I will note that this place is expensive, but my breast have never looked (and felt) so good. My method has been to go there for a fitting after any physical change (weight loss, pregnancy, nursing, special event undergarments) purchase a bra or two then find more elsewhere (Zulily flash sales or Gilt). My mother has been impressed by the product and experience that she returned to buy too. We're both fans and encourage friends and family to shop here. Yes, they're expensive but I cannot deny the customer service is worth every penny. The consultants have been more than helpful, informative, and nice. I'm sorry to hear that some have had bad customer service experiences. I would personally recommend to the owner to not allow any employee to compromise the customer service experience, as much of the experience is one-on-one customer relations then quality product. read more
