New stores have opened this year and others are coming soon. The center's sidewalks are lined with planters full of brightly colored flowers making it quite attractive. There is a small patio area between two of the stores with artificial grass providing some greenery. Replacing the a grocery store that relocated years ago is Sprouts, which features many organic and plant based foods. It has departments with produce, bakery items, a deli, meat and seafood, prepared meals to go, frozen foods, and pantry items. It also carries frozen crab cakes and a frozen pizza brand that were both rated "the best" in separate reviews. The crab cakes are Sprouts' own brand and the pizza is one I haven't found anywhere else. Much to my surprise a review of grocery stores rated Sprouts as number one. Also open in the shopping center are a new TJ Maxx, Ulta, and Moby Dick Kabobs. Planned businesses include a Domain Fitness, an Eggspectation restaurant. and a bank, among others. Burtonsville Crossing is located right off Columbia Pike and there is plenty of parking. I'm happy to see the area thriving again.

Other businesses include: -Gas station -Liquor store -Dentist -Dunkin -Subway -Dry cleaners -Nail Expo (a nail salon) -La Palapa Too (I've been to. Like them) -Facci (never been) -London Curry House (on my list) -Ginza (Japanese and on my list) Great to have many nearby options!

A gas station, a dry cleaners, a nail shop and a donut shop. They also have four sit down restaurants, a take-out restaurant and a Dunkin. The only thing missing from the menu is an ice cream place. There's enough parking but the layout is limited. There is only one exit to the shopping center plus the one for the gas station. It's got a tight corner up against US 29 and Johns Hopkins Road. And there isn't a possibility add an outbuilding with a drivethrough. But it's clean, it has good coverage (I was here when it was pouring down with rain and I was dry) and it has enough lighting to feel safe.

This alerted the technician of my arrival. I was called back right away. Given the symptoms I have experienced which included a sore throat, coughing, and muscle aches, I was tested for covid, flu, and strep. Thankfully all three test came back negative. I was told it was a viral respiratory infection/bronchitis. I really loved my experience at the clinic, which was easy and seamless. She prescribed a cough suppressant so I popped over to the pharmacy to pick it up and it was ready when I arrived at the counter. The only concern and annoyance I observed is that the pharmacy line went unanswered. That didn't affect me, but had I been the caller, I would have deducted a star.

You can ring the customer service button and will still be waiting for several minutes. There have been times I just walked out and left without getting what I needed. When someone has come to assist, they seemed annoyed that they had to help me. It's awful. I rather drive 10 minutes up the street and go to the Fulton location! Sad!

I do understand that it must be annoying to a jeweler to have to stop a major, lucrative project with a deadline, just to change someone's watch battery. A watch battery replacement generates nearly no profit for the jeweler. Today I decided to try someone new and stopped in to Greenan in Burtonsville. Wow, what a different experience! The man in the store was friendly, eager to help and he treated me as if I had a truly legitimate need. Within a few minutes, he had not only changed the battery, but he also tightened some pins to make the wristband clasp stay closed better. He didn't make much money on this transaction, but he gained a new customer. Thank you Greenan Jeweler for the great treatment!

But instead found my self in a really neat store called Washingtonian Interiors. They have really nice nick-knacks and great things to buy as gifts. Very beautiful store. It's a little tucked away in a shopping center but I highly suggest it if you're in the market for a nice gift. I also learned during my accidental shopping spree that Washingtonian Interiors has an interior design service. I am considering using them for a few projects around the house (upholstery and drapery things). I will update my review afterward! It was a great find!

Rahul and Isabelle were patient and more than understanding when my dad wanted to do more research before leaving our special ring behind. Upon reading his other yelp reviews, and their professionalism when dealing with us the first time, we decided Atlantic Gems was the jeweler to trust. Even with the Thanksgiving holiday, I received the ring back in just a little over a week, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
