Upon walking into the fish area I first noticed the dwarf gouramis were in the very first tank and the only cover they had was a heater in the back corner which about 10 of them were trying to hide behind. There was so much algae in all the tanks and so many of the fish were in obvious distress either through hiding or floating oddly. I wanted to get many more pictures but also didn't want to cause a scene. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable but I would use extreme caution if purchasing any thing from this store.

I depend on this Strutty's location for my horse products, my feed, my hay, my Pelleted bedding for my horse stall. I purchased halters from there and tiedowns, and all sorts of random stuff. I just like to be in there and buy new things. I returned a halter today, and she stomped out of nowhere up from behind me, and accused me of returning two halters, and that , this was a serious problem. She was the person that I returned the first halter too. The rope halter was so damn big it only fit a Clydesdale and she couldn't remember that. Even though we had a five minute conversation about it before I returned it. I returned another halter today because it stretched out instantly, and the knots were not balanced on my ex race horse and made him go crazy. He has a sensitive nose from chain halters. She was so nasty and accused me of returning a second halter. The woman is Vile, Angry, and clearly has a lot of problems. I am not one of them. The rest of the staff is amazing. But I will never go back to that Struttys ever again, because I will never support her paycheck. She should be fired.

A pudgy orange house cat named Dudley was welcoming folks at the door. I saw another long and lean black cat wandering the aisles too. I came for a few treats and a harness for my new pup. I was pleasantly surprised at how competitive their prices are compared to Petco or PetSmart. With a large selection of treats it was difficult to it narrow down but one of the staff helped me choose a few items. Just for giggles I bought a .85 cent chicken foot for my 8lb pup (he devoured it!). I was able to find the perfect harness and at almost $10 less than the big box stores. Strutty's is my new go-to pet store!

I am a supporter of the store for months. But today just had me turn it around and say I won't come back here for a while till they refix customer services and the employees. I went in today to grab some food for my dogs as usually because I loved the store I like to purchase a few items. I came in no greeting just laughing employees looking at me as i came in. I usually look at sales before I get my regular food for my dogs. I was in there for about 10 mins or so. Just employees laughing on the ladder while I look around. About 8 mins in I decided I'm ready to pay. The lady went up to the register and automatically gave me a DEATH RUDE stare like she hated me!!! and just automatically scanned. No smile no nothing just rude stare. I told her I am a rewards member and had a coupon if she can look up my number. Rolled her eyes, rude said oooooooooh ok what's your number, still rude stare. Gave her my number and didn't say anything to me but my total. After I purchased she then gives receipt and said thanks I asked can Iget a bag for my items.
