They still carry all the amazing brands and products they had at their other location, and even have a little discounted area with some toys and clothes for your pet. I recently visited the store to pick-up a birthday cookie cake for my dog, Frankie. This has become a little bit of a tradition for our family and every year we place an order from The Waggery. Frankie is obsessed with his birthday treat, and is big enough that he can enjoy a little bit of it for the next couple of days. The Ruffwear line they sell is one of my favorites and had saved me during 2 immediate needs. 1st was when my pup chewed on the buckle of her harness and she was way smaller than my other pup that I had nothing for her. And 2nd was when I decided to travel with my pups to Portland during rainy weather and my big pup needed a raincoat that really covered his body. The Barkery however is my ultimate favorite. I immediately tried them out when they started selling baked goods and I've never looked elsewhere. They cookies/cookie cakes are AMAZING and have an awesome price attached to it. My pups can never get enough of their cakes. Their Raw treat bar is also the best and my pups eat it up in a jiffy. Love recommending this place to everyone. I called recently to see if I could change it to NexGard but was told I would need another appt at $81.00. I balked at the price and the receptionist was very rude, so I ordered the Simparica Trio online. Out of vindictiveness THEY CANCELED THE PRESCRIPTION! The prescription says its good 1/17/26-1/17/27. The meanness of punishing me for not wanting to pay again is horrible. I liked the vet, it's just too bad PETCO & its employees come across as just another greedy corporation.

Purchased an Oscar cichlid from here, and the next day it started showing spots of ich…read more Unfortunately I didn't quarantine the Oscar first so he ended up infecting the rest of my tank. One of my Green Terror is in critical condition, has not been eating and has been sitting at the bottom of the tank as a result. I have been treating the water with medicine but the fish have not shown any improvement. So it might be a nasty strain of ich or insufficient medicine. It's unfortunate because I considered this store as a clean one. However I suppose there is some fault on my end for not quarantining my fish. My advice to anyone buying a fish from here, or any aquatic store for that matter, please inspect the fish before you buy it, and once you do buy it make sure you quarantine it for a couple weeks beforehand to make sure it does not spread any diseases to your other fish at home.
