Brad is the best! Brad was able to help us mid escrow, twice actually, on 2 separate occasions. The first time was 10 years ago on our first home purchase. The second was last month on our second property purchase. Both times we were led astray by big corporate mortgage companies that promised us everything, but gave us nothing. But when I was ready to make an offer on a home, the rate offered by Brad was much higher (0.5 %) than what I was getting elsewhere.
