My husband was charged with two DUIs in 2010 based on residual sleep medication in his blood stream. TERRIBLE ATTORNEY. Eric took my money, promised me good representation, then let the court rape me. I spoke to two other lawyers after my case and they both pointed out what he should have done, but didn't. He took the easy route, "phoned-in" his work, and I paid the consequences. He talks a good game in the free initial meeting, but then takes your money and gives you less service than a public defender. He's on vacation constantly, but is still happy to take your money! After he gets your check, his goal is to get rid of you and avoid dealing with you as much as possible. He told me that I had nothing to worry about from a deposition that ended up being the nail in my coffin, he missed a court event and two calls we were supposed to have.
