In early April, I found myself backed into a ditch. Liam from XTreme was at my house within 35 minutes. Less than what they estimated he would be. He was AMAZING! Now CONSUMER BEWARE!! Saturday night/Sunday morning experience was WAY LESS THEN GREAT! ! when my battery died, I didn't hesitate to call XTreme first because of my experience with Liam. my battery was almost dead so I used my limited battery to call XTreme as opposed to AAA because of my experience with Liam being outstanding. The driver, Ryan, arrived in about forty five minutes. He arrived with a dead jump pack and was unable to start the car. He ran back to the shop to get a different one, only to find there was not another. He came back to tell me there was not an additional pack and they had no jumper cables, said their other truck was in Maryland.... And left. Now not only my car battery was dead... so was my phone battery. When I was able to get into Walmart at 6am , but a charger block, get suns charge and I turn my phone on to a message from XTreme saying since they dispatched a driver, they hope I understand I Owe them $95!!!!! when I jsaid I was going to post my experience on google, fb, yelp, etc their tune changed fast saying the driver has since going on his way another call. Said it was not my fault they did not have the proper equipment to help me and they closed out my call at no charge. How nice of them, right?!? I have screenshots for anyone who would like the receipts! I wouldn't believe it myself if it didnt happen to me . Sadly, it was an attempt to collect from me. I knew better, but some people will pay it! That's called extortion. Shame on them!
