The transmission is on its last legs and the shops are quoting me 7,000$ dollars to get it replaced(almost as much as I paid for the car.) along with other issues as well. I have owned the car for less than five months and discovered what a piece of junk it is (after I paid top dollar for the car is worth). Avoid this dealership at all costs, especially if you don't have a ton of cash lying around to repair the car they sell you, and beware of any car you do end up purchasing. I was talked into buying a car the day I told them I would just be looking. Thought I was happy. Take it home, check engine light comes on. No washer fluid present. Smells like it's burning when it's driven too long. Shakes when I break. Had to bring it back to DSM from ames to JUST figure out what it needed. Was told it would be 3.8 hours for service and could keep it over night. but I've got a job and a home to get back to, so I schedule service for TWO WEEKS later. Day of service comes, 4.5 hours in, I call. They say it will be another hour to an hour and a half. I ask why. They said they had to wait on the parts to arrive this morning before starting the work. Mind you, this business asked me to write a review for them prior to leaving with the car on the day of buying. I am sure any reviews that got them to 2.9 stars is from reviewing before actually having the product.
